The "Voluntary blocking" service is not available during the promotional period (until 01.09.2019). Changing the tariff plan during the promotional free period is not possible. After the expiration of the promotional period (from 01.09.2019), the subscriber's tariff is automatically changed to the non-promotional tariff chosen by the subscriber when connecting from the current line. When connecting, the subscriber immediately chooses a non-promotional tariff, which will be valid from 01.09.2019. Both tariffs are indicated in the connection application form. The TV package included in the subscription fee of the package tariff is available without additional equipment if the Smart TV function is available. In the absence of this function on the subscriber's TV, a set-top box is required, which is purchased by the subscriber at full cost (5000 rubles), or rented for 150 rubles / month. from the first month of connection. Upon termination of the contract for Internet services, the subscriber is obliged to return the TV set-top box in good condition, or pay its estimated cost - 5,000 rubles. In both cases, the subscriber is obliged to pay for the rental services on the actual date of the return of the equipment.
