The boilers of this series are designed for connection to hot water heating systems to obtain hot water with a temperature of up to 103 0 C. These boilers are single-circuit hot water steel boilers with a two-pass combustion chamber with a reversible furnace. The smoke tubes are located horizontally and are equipped with turbulators (8). The door of the combustion chamber (1) can be opened to the left or to the right. The body (7) is insulated with mineral wool and aluminum foil. The second layer of mineral wool insulation is installed on the steel panels of the decorative red casing. The decorative cover is supplied in a separate packaging and is intended to be assembled on site.

Design and operation
The boiler part consists of a body, a front water-cooled cover, a flue gas duct, supports, a frame, thermal insulation and a decorative casing.
The boiler body is cylindrical in shape, includes a combustion chamber, front and rear tube sheets, a convective flue and an outer shell.
The combustion chamber is cylindrical, made in the form of a flame tube with a welded flat bottom.
The flame tube is welded by its leading edge to the front tube plate, and the bottom of the flame tube is connected to the rear tube plate by 24 anchor rods.
The bottom of the flame tube and the rear tube sheet form a plastic system that compensates for temperature elongations of the flame tube.
Tubes, fire tube and its bottom are made of sheet steel.
The boiler's convective flue is formed of 152 smoke tubes located on 3 concentric circles. The pipes are grouped into 4 bundles and welded into the tube sheets. Gaps are left between the bundles of fire tubes for inspection and cleaning of the boiler, on the water side. Seamless pipes are used as smoke tubes. Ring grooves are rolled onto the pipe, intensifying heat transfer.
The outer shell is made of sheet steel. The outer shell contains:
1) return water supply pipe;
2) direct water outlet branch pipe;
3) a pipeline connecting the front cover and the casing with an expansion joint and a drain for draining water from the boiler;
4) outlet branch pipe of the water-cooled cover with an air vent and a compensator;
5) 4 hatches on the water side for inspection and cleaning the boiler from sludge;
6) brackets with hinged bolts for attaching the front water-cooled cover;
7) explosive valve;
The boiler supports are also attached to the body for installation on the frame.
1.4.2.4 The front water-cooled cover consists of 2 standard elliptical bottoms. In the central part of the cover there is a burner branch pipe with a flange for connecting a burner.
The flange has threaded holes for fitting hinge hinges. Hinge hinges make it easy to clean and repair burner assemblies.
