Just yesterday decided to bring the old third photoshop, on the last-sixth CS6. Everything was established, enjoy the fresh version as it did not work. As always, Vinda distinguished himself. Apparently every new version of surprises will be more.
The first launch of my Photoshop SC6 led to an error. I did not have enough rights to launch the program. Run the program on behalf of the administrator for each time a very comfortable procedure. On behalf of the photoshop administrator, everything was launched, but the adventure was not over. Immediately it turned out that a banal and convenient action, like dragging the file to the program, so that it opened, for some reason it does not work. Again, the ambush to solve problems as they arrive.
The decision is the first, the simplest
If you get an error when starting photoshop, and your files are not dragged. It is necessary to check the access rights. You can see them in the Properties tab (right button on the photoshop label). Next, check the presence of a check mark in the Compatibility - level of rights. If the tick is worth it, it must be removed (see fig).
Specifically, this method did not help, since I did not stand at me. Well, continue to solve the problem.
The decision is the second, more comprehensive
I will say right away, it helped me. The solution is very and very simple.
1. In the command "Run" enter Regedit.
2. There are along the way: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\u003e Software\u003e Microsoft\u003e Windows\u003e CurrentVersion\u003e Policies\u003e System
3. Find EnableLua double click on it. We change the variable from 1 to 0. And everything works.
Updated to Windows 10 faced a problem - the files in Photoshop stopped dragging! You have to open the file through the menu, which is very uncomfortable and long.
Searches for solving led to the results that I want to share with you. Take it, come in handy.
First, simple solution:
If the files are not dragged into photoshop, you need to check the access rights. To do this, click on the program shortcut right mouse button and go to the "Properties" tab where we put a tick "Perform this program on behalf of the administrator".
Immediately I say, this method did not help me, in this case there is a second solution:
1. Go to the start and in the search bar below you insert the command: regedit
2. Next We go on: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\u003e Software\u003e Microsoft\u003e Windows\u003e Currentversion\u003e Policies\u003e System
3. Find the EnableLua section. Opening it with a double click and change the variable from 1 to 0. Save. The computer will ask for a reboot. We agree or reboot manually. We rejoice - now the files are dragged into Photoshop.

Thanks to our user named ARTEM, another solution was found:In Win10 Eng, only one way is helped by only one way - we go to the Propirties label in the Compatibility tab (compatibility) Go down Go to Change Settings for All Users Remove the daw with Run This Program AS An Administrator Press Apply - and all the files are dragged. And all these your Anable Loua is a hat, after a change on 0, photos, music, video, skype and other windows scales will not work. Do you need it?

Method 1.
To begin with, switch to the photo we want to move. In my example, I will move the wedding pair in the photo with roses. So, click on the name of the tab of the document with a pair to select movement photos. As a result, a photo pair is displayed in the working window Photoshop:

And click in any field of photos. Then, holding the mouse key, taking the cursor on the name of the tab of another photo. Do not let go of the key!
When you hover the cursor on the name of the second photo tab, it is activated and displayed in the work window of photoshop this very photo. It remains to drag the cursor from the name to the photo itself. Please note how the type of cursor has changed:
But now you can release the left mouse button. Photo with a couple moved to the photo with roses!
Note. If you want a moved photo after moving to accommodate exactly in the center of the center of the target photo, before starting to move, hold down the SHIFT key and release it only after the end of actions.
