How it works
1. Several subscribers or devices can connect to one tariff plan "Family 1", "Family 2" or "Family 3" to share minutes and megabytes from it.
2. The subscriber who activates the tariff plan is the organizer of the group. Subscribers or SIM-cards that get access to the sharing of minutes and megabytes are group members (tariff users).
3. Having connected to the tariff plan "Family 1", "Family 2", "Family 3", you need to invite users to the group. To do this, the group organizer needs to send invitations to the subscriber numbers of those users or devices that he wants to combine. This can be done through the website (link), mobile application or using the USSD request * 555 #. Only the organizer can add a tariff user, at any time, regardless of the date of the group organization, if there is free space.
4. A tariff plan group can contain from one to nine users, including the organizer. You can also connect any device to the tariff plan: tablet, smartphone, phone, modem.
5. You can divide minutes and megabytes between users of the tariff on the website (link) or in the Smart life :) mobile application using a simple control panel.
6. The organizer can take the remaining minutes or megabytes from one user and give them to another.
7. If there is not enough traffic, the group organizer can:
- Buy a special additional package of minutes or the Internet and divide it into tariff users or keep it for yourself.
- Use communication services at a basic rate, if you have money on your account. The minus is not formed - at zero, there is no outgoing connection.
- Each user can buy a package of minutes or megabytes for himself at his own expense.
9. If the organizer leaves the group or changes the tariff plan (except for the transition to the tariff plans "Family 1", "Family 2", "Family 3", "Multinet"), the group will be disbanded, the organizer will switch to the tariff plan chosen by him or to another group, and all users - for the "Start" tariff. Users can either stay on this tariff or switch to any tariff plan they wish.
10. Additional services. Each user can connect to himself any standard services: minutes, Internet traffic, SMS, as well as all additional services for entertainment, at his own expense.

If you want to join an existing group, you can also contact life :) salons. After activating the SIM-card, you will be given 5 minutes and 5 SMS within the life :) network in order to contact the organizer of the group and receive an invitation. You are given 48 hours to join the group.

2.2 If you want to connect to the "Family 1-3" tariff plan and become a group organizer, you can do this:
1) In the Smart life :) application
2) On the website life.com.by
3) In the USSD menu * 110 #
2.3 If you want to become a user and receive minutes and megabytes, then:
1) You need to receive and accept the invitation from the organizer of the group. You can always accept the invitation at USSD * 555 #.

What you should be aware of - features of charging the tariff fee
When connecting to a tariff plan, you must pay the cost of the tariff plan's starter package. But in the first month or when changing the tariff plan, the fee will be charged in proportion to the number of days remaining in the calendar month, the rest of the amount will remain on the account. Minutes and Internet traffic will also be assigned proportionally.
From the second month, if funds are available, the subscription fee is debited on the 1st day of the calendar month, after which all Internet traffic and minutes are assigned. If there are not enough funds on the account on the 1st day of the month, then as soon as the account is replenished with a sufficient amount, you will receive minutes and megabytes in full and will be able to use them until the end of the month.

If the payment for 4 weeks has not been paid, day service packages are accrued:
Payment for daily packages of services is charged every calendar day, regardless of the fact and volume of services received.
If the initiator changes the tariff plan, the standard tariffs of the Smart Family tariff plan are applied to the participants without the possibility of ordering service packages. At the same time, any participant can initiate and create a new “Smart Family” group by dialing * 253 #, or change their tariff plan to any other.

From September 19, 2018, subscribers who were excluded by the Initiator from the Smart Family group will be transferred to the terms of the 4 Unlimited Plus tariff plan. Read more about the tariff by link.
The tariff is valid throughout the territory of Ukraine.
The provision of telecommunications services in the temporarily occupied territories and certain territories where state authorities temporarily do not exercise or do not fully exercise their powers may be limited or impossible due to circumstances that are beyond the influence and control of the operator.
Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT and Pension tax.
To do this, please use only the official application for tablets and smartphones or the mobile and web version of the social networking site.
Free use of the social network is provided against the payment for the selected service package. If the fee for the Service Package for 4 weeks according to the tariff plan is not paid, the received / transmitted data when using the social network will be charged according to the tariff plan.
Attention! When you go to external links, such as, for example, Youtube and other data transfer will be charged according to the terms of the tariff plan. Also, data transmission will be charged according to the terms of the tariff plan when using a WAP access point.
2 By "free" it is meant that access is provided against the payment for a service package for 1 or 4 weeks within 6 months after the activation of the starter package.
3 When making the first outgoing call within the lifecell network per day, a one-time fee of UAH 1 / day is charged. All other calls within the lifecell network during the current day - 0 kopecks each. You pay only on the day of the call. Fees can be withdrawn from the main account and / or using bonuses. In the absence of UAH 1 on the account, calls to lifecell numbers will be charged at standard rates.
4 Accrued 5 minutes are provided until the end of the day. In case of using 5 minutes earlier, the next 5 minutes will be provided for 3 UAH. If the account has less than UAH 3, the cost of calls to other networks is UAH 0.60 / min.
5 Internet access is charged and provided as 100 MB for 10 UAH, or 50 MB for 5 UAH, if the account has less than 10 UAH. The provided 100 or 50 MB can be used during the current day. An unlimited number of add-on packages are available daily. In the absence of 10 or 5 UAH on the account, the tariff for the Internet is 0.25 UAH / MB.
In case of migration to another tariff plan, the paid 4-week service package is retained for the initiator of the group, the group members are charged at standard tariffs.
The cost of a minute of call forwarding to numbers of other operators is UAH 0.75.
