How to register

How to work
Customers send invitations to the closed procedure. How does this happen? The customer requests an ETP information from the registry that is suitable for criteria. Inquiry, you need to specify the requirements for participants, including the presence of the necessary permits. AST Goz is responsible for an hour to request and provides data. Next, the customer forms a list of potential participants in the procedure, transfers their platform operator, which, in turn, directs them invitations.
If special permits and tolerances are not needed to participate in the purchase, the list of potential participants is not compiled. The customer simply guides the AST Goz invitation to operator and asks to send accredited participants of closed electronic procedures.
If necessary, it is notified in EIS. This is necessary for 1 working day before the date of the invitation to the operator of the specialized electronic platform.
Do not send invitations to participants who have:
- no accreditation;
- there is no entry in the register of participants in closed procedures;
- until the end of accreditation remained 3 months and less;
- there is no license with the necessary degree of secrecy.
For invitations, the procedure documentation is attached. If the notice is posted, any participant who got acquainted with it, has the right to request the documentation from the AST GOZ operator. The request is processed within an hour. Only those participants who received the documentation can apply for the procedure. - violated safety requirements;
- filed 2 or more applications with one member;
- violated the deadline for submission of applications;

Step 4. Transmission of ViPNET and key sets
The site operator generates a VIPNET kit and key sets to work in a secure network.
Step 5. Installation by ViPNet Client
- Run the client_rus_xxxx.exe installation file.
- Check out the terms of the license agreement and click the "Continue" button.
- In the Installation Method window, click the "Set up" button.
- In the "Select Components" tab, disable the installation of the VIPNET Mail Mail module.
- In the "User Information" tab, fill in the "User" and "Organization" fields. Click the Set Now button.

Step 6. Installation of key distributions

Step 7. Providing access to a secure network
To connect to a protected communication channel to information resources of the electronic platform, the user must send a copy of the following documents to the electronic platform operator:
- documents confirming payment and obtaining a set of software;
- domestic regulatory documents on the use of SCJ in the organization;
- journal of accounting SCJ;
- act Installation SCJ.

Step 8. Connecting to a secure network
- Run the ViPNet Monitor program.
- In the "Name" field, select the user protected network.
- In the Password field, enter the password (password is on a CD with key sets) and click OK.
