If you are using a Wi-Fi router, change them in the settings.
On a Windows PC, the DNS setup process will take a little longer:
1. In the taskbar, right-click on the Internet connection icon, select "Network and Sharing Center".
2. After going to it, click on your connection.
3. In the window that opens, select "Properties".
4. Highlight "IP Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in Windows 10 or "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in Windows 8 and below, click on "Properties".
5. Check the box "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the Google Public DNS addresses in the "Preferred DNS server" and "Alternative DNS server" fields. Also check the box next to "Confirm settings on exit". Click OK.
6. After that, open the Start menu and select "Command Prompt (Admin)" or "Windows PowerShell (Admin)" in the latest version of Windows 10.
7. Type the command and press "Enter".
