The best cs go team maps. Player statistics in CS GO: find out everything secret about the players

Hello everyone, Kozak recently posted a topic about increasing the win rate on D2L. I want to continue this topic and touch on CS:GO. I myself started betting on CS:GO quite recently, so I didn’t know anything about many teams, but if you look at the fact that 5 out of 6 of my bets went through, I can say that the actual analysis is slightly different. Let's get started! I will look at the example of the game VP vs LDLC. Yesterday VP won that match with a score of 16:13. The game was interesting and difficult, but they did it. In total, I won $10, not a lot, but it’s enough for a start.

1. Comparison of commands

1) Let's move on
2) Select the required matches and compare the last 5 matches of both teams by clicking on the page in the details column.

3) We look at who we played with, how much we won, with what score
However, in this particular case they played with relatively weak teams and both teams beat 3 weak teams. I did not judge this match based on this point.

2. Tournament and tournament bracket

The tournament bracket greatly influences the mood of the teams, let’s take the same match, if VirtusPro had lost to LDLC, they would have been eliminated and that would have been that. For this reason, VP had a good reason to win, they had to try. We also monitor the tournament itself and the success of the team as a whole. This can be done. On this point I made this bet

3.Number of matches

The number of games has just as much of an impact on CS:GO as it does on Dota 2. The riskiest bets are bo1 (best in 1 game). For example, yesterday Na"Vi beat the Fnatic team.

It is best to bet on bo3 matches (best of 3 games). So a stronger team can lose the first game, but win the other two. Like it was in this match

4. Cards

In CS:GO, the map on which the teams will play is very influential; it will be almost impossible to know which map for sure. But some teams only play better on certain maps. You can compare all this on the same website, it is important to find out which maps this or that team plays best on and hope that it is on this map that the players will meet.

5. Substitutions

Always follow the history of the team, check if someone has left the team or if there will be a replacement. This is mainly written on Twitter by players or on websites dedicated to e-sports disciplines. Some people, not noticing that there will be a replacement, lose quite a few things.

6. "Forecasters"

My personal opinion on this matter is: “You should think, not someone else.” However, if you doubt that you can correctly evaluate the match, it is better to check 3-7 groups and if the opinions coincide, you can bet. Personally, I only bet on predictions in Dota 2 more than a year ago, when NoMM still gave excellent predictions. Now I think with my own head and the win rate in bets has become much higher.

That's all, I hope this will help you in at least something. On that site you can compare not only CS:GO, but also LoL, Dota 2, SC2. Good luck with your bets!

The rating calculation system remains unchanged: only the performances of teams on the LAN are taken into account, the difference in rounds in a winning match does not matter, the number of defeats on the map does not affect the result, and replacing at least one player resets the team’s statistics. The “difference in strength” of opponents was also taken into account, but the portal did not specify what this means. The time period chosen by DotEsports is 100 days.

Cache

Cache doesn't appear often at major LAN tournaments. DotEsports journalists were impressed by the statistics SK Gaming, but they gave first place G2 Esports, which beat other leaders - Cloud9 And HellRaisers.

1st place - G2 Esports (5-3);
2nd place - SK Gaming (7-2);
3rd place - Cloud9 (6-4);
4th place - HellRaisers (5-1).

Cobblestone

In the previous version of the ranking, the top 2 were occupied by Gambit Esports and SK Gaming, but lately G2 Esports has been performing well on the map. The French team lost to Gambit at DreamHack Austin, but since then the team has not yielded - they even won a victory over SK, according to statistics. The fourth place was taken Immortals, which, according to DotEsports, “less famous teams win.”

1st place - G2 Esports (9-1);
2nd place - SK Gaming (6-1);
3rd place - Gambit Esports (4-2);
4th place - Immortals (5-3).

Inferno

DotEsports believes that the balance of power on Inferno remains unclear. Many teams are willing to play this map, but cannot win on it with enviable regularity. This time SK Gaming was slightly ahead of the rest thanks to victories over Astralis, FaZe Clan And fnatic.

1st place - SK Gaming (6-3);
2nd place - fnatic (6-3);
3rd place - Immortals (8-3);
4th place - G2 Esports (5-4).

Mirage

A large number of the best teams in the world prefer Mirage - FaZe, Astralis and SK Gaming are in the top. DotEsports noted a fun fact - their position in the world ranking is reflected in the statistics on this map: the Brazilians are first, the karrigan team is second, and the current world champions are third.

1st place - SK Gaming (9-2);
2nd place - FaZe Clan (5-1);
3rd place - Astralis (3-2);
4th place - Cloud9 (6-5).

Nuke

1st place - G2 Esports (5-0);
2nd place - Astralis (3-2);
3rd place - Virtus.pro G2A (2-1);
4th place - Team Liquid (3-4).

Train

According to DotEsports journalists, in 2017 SK Gaming is no longer as formidable on Train as it was a year earlier - the Brazilians won 17 maps in a row with Lincoln “fnx” Lau. With the transfer of Joao "felps" Vasconcellos, the team started the year with a 1-4 record, but in the end SK Gaming was able to turn things around.

1st place - SK Gaming (6-3);
2nd place - Cloud9 (4-2);
3rd place - Gambit Esports (5-2);
4th place - Astralis (3-1).

Overpass

The ranking compilers believe that, despite Team Liquid's defeat at ECS S3, Astralis is still the best team on Overpass. With the arrival of Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander, the Danes won 13 out of 15 maps. However, over the past three months, Astralis has played Overpass only four times, so it did not become the first.

1st place - G2 Esports (5-3);
2nd place - Astralis (3-1);
3rd place - Immortals (4-2);
4th place - FaZe Clan (3-1).

You always want to know how well you are playing. This is why there are player statistics in CS GO. It both motivates and shows where there is still something worth learning. But how can you view your statistics if Steam does not offer high-quality and convenient tools for this? Use workarounds! This is what we will do now.

What can you learn through statistics?

Finding out how well you or your opponent plays is priceless. This allows you to understand where you need to improve your skill, or what weak points your opponent has. Therefore, statistics are literally an essential tool for professional (or those who want to become one) players.

What information can you find out if you look at your own or someone else’s statistics?

  1. Number of deaths and kills in the game;
  2. Percentage of fights won;
  3. Shot accuracy;
  4. Number of times a player was voted "most important";
  5. The exact time the person spent in the game;
  6. Percentage of headshots taken;
  7. The number of achievements and medals received by the player;
  8. Is the player online?
  9. Anti-cheat VAC status;
  10. And even your favorite weapon or map.

At the same time, any player can be compared with another or simply view detailed statistics for the entire time of playing CS GO. Even if the person hasn’t launched it for a very long time.

It’s nice that you can choose absolutely any profile. And at the same time, you don’t need to know its ID in numbers - you can also copy the letter address of the account. The site itself will cut out from the link what it needs for identification.

How to find out your statistics

There is no normal tool for viewing player statistics on Steam or CS GO itself. Therefore, you have to use third-party services.

One of the best is the CS GO Stats website. It is convenient, practical, and at the same time quite honest. And everyone knows him. The Russian language is present, so it will be easy to understand. You don’t have to log into the site from your Steam profile at all – it will show all the ins and outs of any player without it.

So, how to find out statistics in CS GO through the website:

  1. Go to the Internet resource http://csgo-stats.com and Steam;
  2. Select the profile of the player you want to analyze;
  3. Copy the link to it;
  4. Paste into the search bar on the site;
  5. Wait a little.

After a little thought, CS GO Stats will give out all the information that it could find on the player. Moreover, its most interesting parts (frags, deaths, accuracy, etc.) are displayed in the most visible place.

Included adjustments to the Cobblestone and Overpass maps.
As we continue to develop Cobblestone and Overpass, we use statistical data to help make design decisions. How do these new maps compare to other official maps?

To answer this question, let's look at data from the top four qualifying groups for the period from 12/20/2013 to 01/20/2014

General rounded results

A good place to start is with general rounded data. Here we have the win percentage of Terrorists (orange) and Counter-Terrorists (blue).

To view complete data for other qualification groups, click .

Overall the results look interesting, with Cobblestone being most comparable to Nuke while Overpass is more similar to Dust2.

Achieving goals and rounded results

Let's dig deeper! How do Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists win?

For each map, we separated rounds based on whether a bomb was planted, and categorized rounds based on how they ended (ie bomb planted or deflated).

To compare with other skill groups, click .

Again we see a similarity between Nuke and Cobblestone - players plant the bomb just as often. However, this graph shows an obvious difference between Dust2 and Overpass: On Overpass, the bomb is planted much more often, but it is defused even more often.

As we continue to improve Cobblestone and Overpass, we will use statistics to gauge the impact of these changes. We'll be sharing this data with you soon, so tell us what you think!
