OFD.ru is a fiscal data operator created on the basis of a subsidiary of PETER-SERVICE by a team of professionals in the field of finance and settlement technologies. Launch of the agency scheme "Commercial representation"
In early December 2017, OFD.RU, the fiscal data operator, launched the “Commercial Representation” agency scheme, under which a partner can independently set any price for fiscal data transmission services for their clients.
The owner of the cash desk pays for the services of the fiscal data operator directly to the partner, who then transfers part of the funds for servicing the cash desk to OFD.RU, keeping the amount of remuneration for himself. At the same time, the partner can set any price for connecting cash desks to OFD. Thus, using this agency scheme, the partner receives cash immediately, rather than waiting for them to be transferred to him by OFD.RU.
According to OFD.RU, this scheme of work is convenient for partners who work with clients on a turnkey basis and do not send them to buy services from OFD or other companies. To start working according to the "Commercial representation" scheme, the partner needs to select it in the "Cashier" section when adding a cash register. Then conclude an agreement with the client to connect to the OFD and make a registration report at the client's checkout, it can be done by the partner himself or the owner of the checkout. After that, the client (or the partner for him) sends a registration report from the cash desk, the OFD.RU server receives this report and starts servicing this CCP.

Payment of the cash desk occurs automatically from the balance of the partner. At the end of each month, OFD.RU debits the amount for OFD services from the balance, taking into account the discount, according to the status of the partner. At the beginning of 2017, the fiscal data operator OFD.RU underwent an examination of the compliance of the fiscal data operator’s technical means with the requirements of the legislation on the use of cash registers. The examination was carried out by the RAPKaT-center company, an expert organization included in the register of the Federal Tax Service.
Federal Law 54-FZ requires applicants for permission to process fiscal data, with the exception of those who applied for activities as OFD before September 1, 2016, to have, when submitting, an opinion of an independent expert organization included in the register of the Federal Tax Service. At the same time, the law does not specify the procedure and terms for passing an examination for OFDs that have submitted an application for processing fiscal data before September 1, 2016, and the terms for the start of activities of expert organizations approved by the Federal Tax Service.
With the advent of the first practically working expert organizations and the “Formats of mandatory fiscal documents” approved by the Federal Tax Service, OFD.RU decided to provide its technical and software for an examination.
“For users of cash registers, it is important that the OFD work exactly matches the current formats and data transfer protocols, and that it is compatible with cash register models on the market. Since we received permission to process fiscal data, the number of new models of online cash desks has significantly increased, and the “Fiscal Data Formats” have been finalized and approved by the Federal Tax Service.
