The device turned out to be quite pleasant both in technical terms and in terms of appearance. True, the Lenovo K5 and K5 Plus have one thing in common, which is a weak battery. But there is nothing wrong with this, it just appears a certain inconvenience associated with the constant need to carry a charger with you and be near the outlet. In addition, buyers would be interested to find out what is the difference between other smartphones from the same line, and which one is the most profitable to buy.

The cheaper model is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 (64-bit, 8 cores) with a frequency of 1.4 GHz, while the expensive one has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor (64-bit, 8 cores) with a frequency of 1.5 GHz. It also performs well in games, for example, Asphalt 8 runs perfectly at medium graphics settings, World of Tanks is also quite playable at low settings. As for the synthetic performance test, in AnTuTu, the hardware of the smartphone is gaining in the region of 31 thousand points.
As a result, you expect better performance from the processor. For example, the same Asphalt 8 "twitches" slightly at high graphics settings. Lags were noticed in GTA San Andreas at medium and high settings. As it turned out, the problem is in the flash memory: it is of low quality, and, accordingly, you have a low write speed: (12 MB / s).

There is no shortage of memory in the Lenovo Vibe K5. There is 2 GB of RAM, due to which the smartphone quickly responds to tasks and copes with several simultaneously running applications without any problems.

The camera itself may not be bad, but something went wrong with Lenovo: either the optimization was screwed up, or some other trouble. By the way, these remarks are relevant only for the younger version of Lenovo Vibe K5, in the older version such problems were not noticed, although the cameras on paper are the same.
The video is recorded in FullHD resolution, 30 frames per second. During the day, the quality is normal, with a lack of light, the FPS sags greatly, and an eerie grain appears. The front 5-megapixel camera is capable of producing more or less passable selfies, nothing more. For video communication, its capabilities are more than enough.

The Vibe K5 has a 5-inch display with HD resolution (1280 x 720). In the older version of K5 Plus, the resolution is increased to 1920 x 1080 pixels. However, even at HD resolution, the picture looks good, icons and fonts look smooth. The type of matrix used is IPS, with large (up to 180 degrees) viewing angles. The user gets a clear and contrasting picture from almost any angle. The stock of brightness is solid. A maximum of 5 simultaneous touches are supported. There is an oleophobic layer on the glass, if we talk about its quality - it could be better.
Networking capabilities
The model in question is a two-SIM model, under the cover there are slots for 2 MicroSIM. Supported work in networks of 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE Cat 4). Traditionally, there is a Wi-Fi module, there is Bluetooth version 4.1. The GPS module with support for A-GPS and GLONASS is responsible for navigation and geo-positioning.
