I have been using the MTS network as a mobile operator for a very long time, at least 15 years. And all these years I had the same number on which the MTS Bonus service was available. During this time, experience has accumulated, and every month the mts program awarded me 50 points just for the experience.

I won't say that a lot of bonuses were accumulated per month, but sometimes it was possible to pay for a package of minutes, SMS or the Internet with bonuses, which was a good help.

All the time the number was registered not for me, but for the closest relative.

We have recently re-registered the number in my name, for convenience. For example, when it became necessary to change the format of a sim card (for a new phone), I had to trudge with the same relative, the nominal owner of the number - this is terribly inconvenient.

In general, after re-registration, all my bonuses burned out, everything was reset, and the most offensive thing is that my experience has burned out, now I don't receive 50 points every month.

This was not warned about. It is very disappointing, since the relative was only formally listed as the owner of the number, and the user for all 15 years was just me - and all the money that went through the number was mine. This can even be seen by the fact that all credits went through my personal bank card, where my name is!

By the way, I came to the re-registration procedure with that relative, with passports. I think it was possible to somehow warn on the spot about bonuses and do something so that they would not burn out. It is possible that a relative signed something on this score. But none of this was offered, the entire experience merged into a pipe in a second.

In general, I am very offended, I am disappointed. I am such a longtime MTS subscriber, the number has never changed, and neither has the operator ... Therefore, I can’t rate it anymore, and I can’t even talk about the advantages of the program, since this situation blocked everything.

These are all little things, yes, fuss on a universal scale, but the experience has been accumulating for 15 years! And time cannot be returned. And that's how everything hop - and disappeared.

I wrote in support of a description of my problem with a request to return the experience - as I expected, I received a dry answer, they say, according to the conditions when changing the owner, everything burns out and cannot be returned. It is a pity that no attempts have arisen to reflect on the absurdity of the situation.

I am adding to the review (May 2019): I found out that now the MTS Bonus program has been completely canceled It turns out that the points again burned out just like that.

Instead, they offer the MTS Cashback system as an analogue. However, in the cashback service, it is not enough just to use the services of MTS, you just need to make purchases in various stores through the application, for these purchases cash back will be credited. That is, now there is no bonus for using the services of an operator, so these two services are not analogues in their schemes of action.

From time immemorial, MTS has had the MTS-Bonus program. It worked like that. Every time you replenished your account or kept more money on it than you need to pay for the tariff, you were awarded a few points.

These points were slowly but surely accumulated. You could spend them on several things:

  • communication, internet and roaming services
  • bonuses in online services like Liters
  • payment cards in MTS and electronics stores
  • discounts on railway tickets
  • various goodies, like jewelry pendants in Sunlight
  • Of all such “loyalty programs”, MTS has had the most interesting opportunities for spending bonuses... I went to their menu several times and managed to save not only on communications (for example, I made myself free traffic), but also tangible things. I adjusted the same pendants to my friend.

    But over the past year and a half, MTS-Bonus has quietly “gotten poor”, losing the most interesting points and “cashed out” bonuses. Now it became clear why.

    The MTS-Bonus program was closed today, all bonuses were canceled

    Yesterday was the last day of the MTS-Bonus program. Information about this hangs in the corresponding section of the application.

    All bonuses that were not spent before midnight completely burned out today.

    MTS did not offer any normal replacement for this program. Almost.

    Instead of MTS-Bonus, they now offer to use the service MTS Cashback... But it works in a completely different way. Instead of just paying for the tariff, you need to spend money on purchases and services offered by the service.

    Considering how many similar services are already on the Internet, I personally don't see any point in using MTS Cashback. And the offers are there absolutely nothing.

    It is sad, but at the same time it makes me happy. Now it will be a little easier for me personally to leave MTS.

    I am not writing here in the hope that something will change - our operators are impenetrable, if they made a decision, they will not change anything. Just an example of how we are slowly being deprived of good for the sake of profit.

    The MTS company informs on the official website that the MTS bonus program, which is already not particularly attractive, is closed.

    After this, the savings will become unavailable, and the subscriber will no longer be able to use them.

    "MTS Bonus" is a fairly old bonus program, the received points could be spent on traffic, minutes, SMS, discount coupons and much more. Recently, it has become less profitable, the cost of rewards has increased. As for the current tariffs, they have acquired solid packages of minutes and traffic. It became unprofitable to accumulate bonuses - they burn out faster than accumulated.

    To save up for the unfortunate 1 GB Internet package, you had to wait 11 months, limiting yourself in receiving other rewards.

    The bonus program was profitable only for subscribers spending large enough sums. But they, as a rule, do not know about any bonuses - it is easier for them to pay for additional minutes, Internet traffic and options.

    The operator thanked all its customers who actively participated in the MTS Bonus and recommended spending all the points accumulated on the account until May 14. As early as May 15, the loyalty program ceases to operate and all points are automatically canceled.

    But instead of bonuses, the mobile operator offers its subscribers another way of saving, which is considered more modern and popular. Thanks to this, you can get up to 50% discounts when buying familiar products.

    2. Cashback reaches 50% of the amount spent.
    3. You can get points not only for purchases on the Internet, but also for paying for the operator's services.
    4. You can spend the accumulated money to pay for communications, Internet and other services. It is permissible to pay for purchases in branded communication stores.

    MTS Cashback. You will learn about the accrual of points from messages, as well as in your personal account and in the mobile application.

    All clients who participate in the program receive 200 rubles cashback for their first purchase. People who invite friends are also encouraged, they are awarded up to 1000 points.

    When participating in the program, the subscriber is automatically connected to the service - replenishment of the balance of the number.

    What is allowed to spend the accumulated bonuses

    You can find out how many points you have on your account in your personal account. They can be exchanged for the following services:

    • To pay for mobile communications. This includes free minutes, messages and additional internet traffic;
    • To install melodies instead of beeps;
    • Various entertainment subscriptions;
    • To use the library;
    • Payment for home Internet and television.

    All clients who did not manage to spend their points from the MTS Bonus program before May 14 inclusive, they are canceled. The company does not accept further claims in this regard.

    The bonus program was only available to MTS customers. Therefore, existing subscribers of the company could create a personal account. The new MTS Cashback program is available for all residents of the country.

    To register, you need to go to the special site of the project and go to the top menu to the section “About the program”, and then just below click on the button “Register”.

    A form for entering your personal account will open, where you need to specify a valid mobile phone number. It doesn't matter which operator it belongs to. Select “Get password by SMS” below.

    Repeat the code from the captcha in the lower field and go to the next step by clicking on the "Next" button.

    An SMS message with a short code will be sent to the specified phone number, which must be duplicated in an empty line.

    In the next step, you need to specify your email. It is necessary to recover data if it is lost, and will also be used by the MTS Cashback program for sending newsletters.

    Check your E-mail - you will receive a letter with a short code. It must be repeated in the next step.

    Set a new password for your personal account. It must contain Latin letters of different case and numbers. For confidentiality purposes, do not use light combinations and birthday dates as a code.

    At the last step of creating a personal account, a window will appear in which your email address is displayed. There is a red button “Register” under it. Click on it to complete the process.

    A welcome message from MTS Cashback will appear. Read it and go to the "Next" button to your personal account.

    Due to the fact that the loyalty program is closed, it will not be possible to log in to the previous account. But after creating a personal account on the MTS Cashback portal, you can enter it from a special page of the telecom operator.

    In the opened form for entering your personal account, you must fill in two fields: login (phone number specified during registration) and password. If you plan to constantly log in from this device, then you can use the service of storing input data. To do this, check the box under the “Login” button in the “Remember me” line.     Reference! For security reasons, MTS sends an SMS notification to the client about logging into the system at each authorization in the account. If you have not entered your personal account, and the notification has come, you need to urgently change your password.

    Earlier, in the MTS Bonus program, points were awarded for paying for communication services, Internet, television or purchases in an MTS store. At the same time, bonuses had a limited lifespan and subscribers constantly had to control the balance and their expiration date.

    The new MTS Cashback program allows you to accumulate points only from purchases in partner stores, the list of which is presented on the project page. Their number has already exceeded 640. A distinctive feature of the new program is that now the points do not expire and have an unlimited lifetime.

    The block of the entire affiliate network is displayed on the right, grouped in the following areas:

    1. Internet shops.
    2. Proposals from MTS.
    3. Services and services.
    4. Leisure, entertainment.

    1. “All”, that is, both currently available and written off are displayed.
    2. "Assessed", that is, available now.
    3. "Pending" - will soon be credited to your bonus account. The crediting period is usually 1 business day, but sometimes it can take up to 90 days.
    4. “Rejected”. These points usually include those that were first accrued, but then debited due to the return of goods.
    5. “Written off”, that is, used as a cashback.

    How to spend bonuses in your personal account

    If you have accumulated a sufficient number of points, then they can be spent as a discount in the following areas:

    1. Payment for cellular communications, Internet traffic, subscriptions and more. The write-off is made on the first day of each month.
    2. Top up the personal account of your loved ones who are MTS subscribers.
    3. Pay for the purchase in MTS showrooms.

    Important! When joining the MTS Cashback program, the accumulated bonuses for paying for the operator's cellular communication are automatically debited every month on the 1st day.

    To buy goods in MTS stores, you need to set a goal in your personal account. After reaching it, you will need to order the issuance of a certificate. And only upon its presentation, the employees of the mobile operator's store will make a discount on the purchase of goods.

    The certificates are issued at the following denominations: 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 2,500 rubles. and further with a multiplicity of 500 p. The maximum amount can be up to 80,000 rubles.
