After connecting to the ISSA service, you need to register on the page www.internet.velcom.by. To do this, you must enter your subscriber number, and then send a USSD request (* 141 * 0 # and the call key). In response, you will receive a unique 6-digit password (it is valid for 1 hour).

To change the password, use the "Advanced" menu item. You can choose any combination of six digits for your personal password, as well as set its validity period up to 1 year.

Attention! Actions performed by means of CCIS using a password are equated to actions performed by the subscriber personally. The subscriber is personally responsible for the safety of his password. Password lockout

Subscribers of the company (except for PRIVET subscribers) can temporarily block access to the password.
