When a subscriber used only 100 out of 400 provided minutes, and the next month (after transferring the balance) only 200 - the remaining 100 minutes are no longer transferred to the third period.

Transferring unused packages makes it possible not to lose what you paid for, using your own cell phone more efficiently. How the service is activated

Before connecting to the service called "Balance Transfer", let's remember the above - it is compatible exclusively with tariff plans from the "Black" family. In such a situation, there is only one way out - connect to one of the tariff packages of the "Black" line.

Activation of this service is not available on all tariff plans. The remaining minutes, SMS and Megabytes to access the network are subject to transfer.

Service restrictions

The transfer of balances on Tele2 is intended exclusively for existing tariff packages. For already archived versions the presented service is not available.

This service operates in conjunction only with tariffs from the "Black" family. It is not available on all other tariff plans.

There are also restrictions on the regions of the country. In many, the service is simply not fully functional. But at the moment the list is quite extensive, so we will not consider it. You can find information about these regions on the website of the Tele2 cellular company. But in terms of traffic, the list of regions is small.

Remaining traffic is not carried over to areas such as:

  • Moscow and the region;
  • Novosibirsk;
  • Volgograd;
  • Voronezh;
  • Saratov.

Now, when connecting or switching to "Smart", subscribers get the opportunity to SAVE their unused minutes / sms / Internet traffic and use them next month.

The updated “Smart” tariff provides monthly:

- 5 GB of Internet (when connecting / switching to the new tariff "Smart" in the period from 27.03.2017 to 31.08.2017, within the framework of the tariff 5 GB of Internet traffic will be provided for the entire period of using the tariff plan. “Smart” tariff after 31.08.2017, the tariff will provide 3 GB of Internet);

Example of transferring minutes / sms:

1.1. the size of the package of minutes included in the tariff plan - 350 minutes

1.2. the subscriber has 250 minutes left since last month and they were transferred to a new (current) month

1.3. in total, the subscriber has 350 + 250 \u003d 600 minutes in the current month

1.4. this month the subscriber will spend the entire package 600 minutes, without dividing into old and new minutes

1.5. by the end of the current month, the subscriber has spent only 50 minutes, i.e. the rest of the package of minutes - 550 minutes

1.6. only 350 minutes will be transferred to the new (next) month

1.7. those. in the next (third) month, the subscriber will have 350 + 350 \u003d 700 minutes

Implementation of Internet packages: the balance is carried over to the next month, while the transferred balance cannot be more than the main package and cannot be added to the main package. When you transfer the balance of the Internet to the next month, the balance from the previous month is first spent, then the main quota, and then auto-renewal is turned on. The rest of the Internet from the previous month, which was transferred to the current one, is not transferred to the next.

An example of transferring Internet traffic:

1.1. Internet package size included in the tariff plan - 10 GB

1.2. the subscriber has 9 GB left since last month and they were transferred to a new (current) month

1.4. old 9 GB will be consumed first

1.5. by the end of the current month, the subscriber has spent only 2 GB, i.e. the rest of the old Internet package - 7 GB and the current Internet package - 10 GB

1.6. 10 GB remaining from the current Internet package will be transferred to the new month. Old 7 GB will not be migrated

1.7. those. in the next (third) month the subscriber will have 10 GB and 10 GB packages
