I don't know, it seemed to me a pretty nimble device. I have already installed the program for the DVR based on the built-in camera and there are no brakes in the joint work of these programs, even the navigator works faster than in the PDA.
I tried the movie in avi 700mb shows no brakes, though the player had to be installed.
