At the end of the operation, if everything went well, the message “All threads completed. (succeed 1 / failed 0)". The phone must be rebooted manually by holding down the power button until the screen turns off. The initial boot of the device may take up to 5 minutes.
ATTENTION!
If the device does not boot for a long time or a data reset has not been done, it must be performed from the recovery.

I'm having trouble updating my note 3. I would get network unavailable errors stating my phone is up to date even though it's two versions behind and the update breaks before the update starts. I was on the support forums and AT&T spent 20 minutes gathering information and then told me to take it to the store with no problems.
I ended up taking my wife's phone and putting her SIM in my phone, changed the date so I could try another update but still didn't update. Without changing the date back, I re-enabled the SIM card and started updating it right after launch. I don't know it's a fact that I put her SIM card in.
