Review of Jawbone UP2 - a device that makes you feel almost like an athlete. Sports family: Jawbone UP3 and UP2 with a forgotten friend UP24 Jawbone up 2 does not synchronize

The Jawbone UP24 is becoming a thing of the past. In April 2015, the manufacturer announced the next generation of the bracelet - UP2. Without a physical button that . In addition, a convenient adjustable clasp appeared, and the tracker began to take up less space on the hand and even easily fit into the narrow sleeves of sports jackets, while retaining all the functions of its ancestor. Well, or almost everything.

Switching between modes Sport And Dream in UP2 it is carried out using double taps on the front surface of the bracelet, where the indicators are located. Simple manipulations are shown in the animated gif below.

But to activate a smart alarm clock, a “nap” or a workout stopwatch, you now need to take out your iPhone, launch the proprietary application and turn on the necessary checkboxes in the settings. Let me remind you that in previous lines of the UP tracker family, all modes were switched by a physical button on the end.

Pin charging via a 3.5 mm connector, inherited from the year before, is a thing of the past.

Jawbone decided to go with a more practical charging solution - through contacts located on the body. A couple of years ago, Mio did this for the first time in sports accessories with its . We're now seeing proprietary connectors everywhere, including the Jawbone UP2 and UP3.

On the left is contact charging for UP2, on the right is pin charging for UP24

Battery life is 5-7 days.

By eliminating the physical button and pin charging, the water resistance of the accessory has increased: you can shower with it, but you still cannot swim.

The software has not changed. Let's start with the fact that there are now two UP programs. One serves models up to UP24 inclusive, the other deals with UP2/3/4 bracelets.

The manufacturer did not inform me that in order to pair the new bracelet I needed to install a duplicate software from the App Store, and I jumped around the box for 15 minutes thinking about marriage, because the “old” software did not see UP2.

The presence of two programs identical in design and usability may indicate new hardware for trackers and other algorithms for counting activity. There is no other way to explain what caused the desire to keep twin brothers in the App Store. We saw something similar in smart watches, which paired with an iPhone not through the usual G-shock application, but through a separate utility.

If you have an Apple Watch, you'll receive notifications about your achievements throughout the day. This is convenient, because Jawbone UP does not have an activity progress indicator, and taking out your iPhone every time is inconvenient. The watch helps.

The Jawbone UP2's three-axis accelerometer counts how many steps you've taken per day, calories burned while moving and at rest, periods of inactivity, and monitors sleep. If you use a smart alarm clock to wake up, the tracker will wake you up with vibration during REM sleep. The only thing I didn’t find in UP is how to enable the “daytime nap” function. Is this feature really a thing of the past with UP24? It was convenient to put the bracelet on your wrist during the day, activate “daytime sleep” and fall asleep. After 30-50 minutes, the bracelet lifted me out of bed with vibration - and this short sleep was a real reboot of the body for further productive work.

What I especially liked about the UP2 was the clasp.

When I put it on my brush UP24, then it dangles (my size is between M and L).

Clasp UP2 is adjusted to size and now the bracelet is one piece with the hand.

Both bracelets are similar in width.

But if you look at them from above, you can see that UP2 is much thinner than its predecessor. The volume of the new product decreased by 45%. And the price dropped from $150 to $100 according to the Amazon.com catalog. Not bad.

Sales of official Jawbone Up 2.0 in Russia will begin very soon, and therefore releasing a review of the device is now very important. When the first Up first appeared on sale, I immediately bought it and wrote positive material; at that time it was truly a unique thing, albeit with its own oddities. What happened next, many of you know, all Up turned out to be defective and stopped charging. Those who brought bracelets here from the USA were especially happy; one of my friends sold about two hundred pieces and then went and returned the money himself. The problem appeared most quickly among active users; Up worked for me until the summer, before it died for a long time. Representatives of the company told me in the summer that Up 2.0 will appear soon, we won’t say what it will be like, but wait for a miracle! Alas, the miracle did not happen. Some outright nonsense happened.

Design

Firstly, the design was left the same. This is great, but what about the feelings of the owners of the first Up? I look at this bracelet and keep waiting for it to break. It’s almost like Dell laptops, I really loved the brand, but when the video cards of two different models burned out, I can’t look at the brand’s devices without shuddering. Maybe the Up design should have been changed at least a little? And not just adding new colors to the palette, it’s great that now there are as many as eight colors, here there are white, and light green, and orange, and red, and green.

Three sizes, S, M and L, there are selection instructions on the official website, the bracelet weighs about 23 grams. I definitely recommend putting the Up on your hand before purchasing so as not to make a mistake, I don’t have a thick wrist, but the M didn’t fit, although it should have. It puts a little pressure on my hand. But he shouldn’t hang out either. It’s too bad that the kit didn’t include an additional cap or even caps; with the first Up, it could fly off completely unexpectedly - for example, when you put your hand into the sleeve of your jacket. The “horns” of the bracelet catch on the fabric, the cap flies off and after that the bracelet begins to look like some kind of nonsense, to say the least.

They say that the design here has been made even more reliable, plus you can take a shower without removing Up. In general, Up is one of those devices that can be worn around the clock, because the gadget is able to track your sleep and what you eat.

Working hours

The stated operating time is about 10 days, a lithium polymer battery is used, you need to use a special adapter for charging. Charging time is about 80 minutes. In principle, Up lasts longer than FuelBand, but I would not recommend taking this into account when choosing. Both bracelets require special cables, and the operating time depends on many parameters - the same FuelBand, if not synchronized often, can work for about a week and a half - two. And in general, how many times have I said that choosing something based on pictures is stupid, but you still read some comments and are amazed. People argue about Up and FuelBand, cite official data, tell fairy tales - it would be better if they went to the store and looked at the things in person.

Competitors

Now more and more similar devices are appearing and everyone is trying to stand out in their own way. In my opinion, the best bracelet is the FuelBand, it is more thoughtful, more functional, the software here is not so toy-like. I recommend reading the review on our website.

It's amazing how Nike managed to make something so flawless in every way. There were no problems with defects, there were no problems with the software, I have been using FuelBand for quite a long time and I am not going to change to the new Up. Because I’m okay with sleeping (if I had time) and I don’t want to take pictures of food to collect it all in a journal about myself. And this is exactly what the updated Up application looks like - here you can add friends, there are beautiful graphics, beautiful emoticons, you can see trends, all this is great. But to see it, you need to remove the cap, connect the bracelet to your iPhone or Android (yes, there is now a program for this OS), synchronize...

On FuelBand you just press a button and then you can see how far you've walked that day. If you need synchronization, you don’t need to push it anywhere, everything happens remotely. Yes, maybe the FuelBand does not look as fashionable as the Up and there is no red FuelBand - but there is a completely normal indicator on the front panel, there are no caps and, if desired, it is easy to change even the size of the bracelet using an additional section.

It’s strange, Jawbone released a lot of very interesting accessories, but the Up clearly turned out to be some kind of unfortunate gadget - despite all the hype associated with the relaunch, despite the positive articles in The Verge and other publications, I personally cannot recommend the Up for purchase. Who knows, maybe marriage will come out again. Who knows, maybe you will lose the cap and then abandon Up forever. Who knows, maybe you will want to control your sleep, but after a week of use you will realize that all this is some kind of profanity.

The thing is, the FuelBand does exactly what it says it does. Shows the time, counts steps, tries to show burned calories. And Up, if you follow the description on the official website, does a lot of things. “Wake up rested at the perfect time in your sleep schedule.” Or, restorative sleep, “Up will wake you up at an optimal time (approximately 26.5 minutes) after you fall asleep.” You know, there is only one point here. Before you go to bed, Up needs to be put into sleep mode. And then the bracelet will start monitoring something there. Hmm, the device can be put into sleep mode, but what about you? Do you fall asleep immediately? Or then spin for another half hour? Or do you get up to drink milk and cookies? By the way, don't forget - "Up makes it easy and simple to keep track of what you eat." This means you need to take pictures of your food. Or scan the barcode on cookies. Or choose from a library of ready-made images. This is another profanation - I can’t imagine a person capable of doing such nonsense every day. Spend time on this - and for what?

That is, the only direct function of Up is to work like a pedometer. This is what he does well. And everything else is nothing more than a smokescreen, you can change your smiley face in the program every day, but how will this help you in life? By pressing the button on the FuelBand, I can instantly see that I've walked very little today. Having synchronized Up, I can only once again feel ashamed of the fact that I don’t sleep as the bracelet wants, don’t fill out food data and don’t do everything that Up wants me to do. Apparently Aliph (Jawbone belongs to this company) wanted to make some kind of social network for healthy people, but Nike had already come up with everything a long time ago without any further philosophizing.

The new Jawbone fitness tracker includes all the essential benefits. The Jawbone UP2 represents the mid-niche segment of the company's new range, but will undoubtedly suit most buyers.

Jawbone UP 2 is a basic fitness tracker that is used during periods of physical activity and sleep and is worn like a bracelet to help you progress with your daily fitness goals.

Choosing between the company's flagship Jawbone UP3 with its general bio-sensors and the budget Jawbone UP Move, the new tracker is a direct replacement for the ubiquitous UP24, which can now be put into storage.

This feature set is standard in a crowded market at the moment, but is Jawbone's new offering actually worth your money? We'll test it to answer this question.

Jawbone UP2: Design and Features

The Jawbone UP24 design by The Yves Behar is one of the activity brands' favorites with a huge range of vibrant colors and subtle styling.

Its successor comes in only two colors: silver (more of a feminine option), and black, which is more likely to be preferred by men. The surface of the device is textured. The strap is equipped with a clip.

There are also a lot of disorders related to connectivity. If you're the designer who came up with this, here's our advice: If you can't get the strap to fit the dark, go back to the drawing board.

In terms of features, there are three of them. The first is the daily activity mode, which keeps track of your steps, calories burned and any other activity bursts. The second is sleep mode, which records the time you fall asleep and the quality of your sleep. And the third is a stopwatch, which you set manually when you want to go outside to do exercises. Sleep mode also has a smart alarm function that will gradually guide you into the light part of your sleep, creating the impression of a brighter morning.

The UP2 doesn't have physical or buttons - although you can switch between modes by pressing the top of the device. However, unlike its competitors, the device doesn't have a display to show you how close you are to your target. To do this, you'll need to turn to the all-new Jawbone UP on your smartphone, which is currently available for iOS and Android.

While the Jawbone UP2 isn't waterproof, which leaves it behind the Misfit Shine for swimmers, it's splash-resistant.

Overall, it's a full range of basic functions that stops short at heart rate tracking. This means the picture of your health will be less accurate, but for those who want to make sure they get enough sleep and exercise, it's more than enough. And what's more, unlike the improved sensors on the Jawbone UP3, these ones actually seem to work.

Jawbone UP2: Activity Tracking

As a step counter, the Jawbone UP2 is extremely accurate. It can be put on par with Fitbit Charge HR and Apple Watch, which we also tested without finding any particular differences. As befits an accelerometer, it roughly counts your steps. It won't be completely accurate anywhere, but these devices are designed to be a general guide to your activity, and we didn't have any problems with that.

As you walk from day to day, Jawbone UP2 will track your activity and calorie burn, time spent in active and passive modes, and distance. This is a very comprehensive amount of data and certainly as good as any tracker on the market.

Another nice feature is that any burst of activity can be labeled with an exercise number, from walking to Zumba. While Jawbone's fitness device can't touch any device via heart rate tracking or GPS - this means you can take a more comprehensive record of your fitness with a corresponding prediction of calories burned.

The only complaint we have is the quality of the recorded active minutes. After an hour of walking, the Jawbone UP2 only logged a few minutes of active time in the app that we can flag.

Now it's time to look at the stopwatch function. When you are about to begin physical activity, you start a stopwatch that will record your active sessions. This is a great idea, but it has two drawbacks. First, you have to log into the app to start a session, which is annoying. Secondly, if you stop the activity, the session will also be stopped. We tried this on a four-hour walk and the session stopped when we sat down to grab a snack. It would be much more convenient to start and stop the session yourself.

Jawbone UP2: Sleep Tracking

Sleep tracking also works well, a rare phrase to grace Wareable's pages. Deep sleep counts much worse than average with other trackers we've used, but we may have slept poorly. We'll never know.

What we can say for sure is that sleep was consistently recorded at the correct length, and waking moments were recorded with greater accuracy than many competitors.

When you wake up, you can see a detailed graph of your sleep, showing light, depth, and wake cycles. And overall, the results are much more detailed than the FitBit Charge, which suffers from a lack of detail.

However, there is one drawback - you have to activate sleep mode manually when you get into bed, which seems a bit archaic. But there is a nice side - you can forget about it, the application itself will push you to set your bedtime and wake-up time for the next day and will establish a connection between all the data. We're sure Jawbone could develop technology to auto-sleep if they wanted to.

Overall, the Jawbone UP2 is a very competent fitness tracker that will suit casual fitness enthusiasts. Runners and cyclists will want more detail, but those who want to hit their daily goals and take classes will find the Jawbone UP2 very comfortable, only slightly improved by the Fitbit Charge HR's heart rate tracking.

Jawbone UP2 App

With Jawbone ending its partnership with Fullpower Technologies and their MotionX platform, UP2 has a shiny new app. The updated Jawbone UP app is the same one you'll use with the UP Move and UP3 and is shared across all devices.

The app is really simple and easy to use. It's customized by default based on your daily stats, your sleep, and your goals. You can go back in time using the forward and back buttons, and notifications will appear at the bottom.

This could be training in specific sports, or ideas from a “smart coach”. Smart Trainer is one of Jawbone's big innovations in the new app, which promises to provide new ideas for your workouts. The system works with a certain approach. It compares your average results by week and gives you essential training tips.

Jawbone UP2: Battery and Charging

The Jawbone UP2 charges via its own cable, which attaches magnetically to the back, or via USB on your laptop or PC. It's an adequate system, which means you'll have to carry a charger with you everywhere, otherwise choosing the UP2 is pointless.

The battery will last an impressive seven days, which puts it ahead of the FitBit - but a far cry from the Misfit Shine, whose charge lasts six months.

However, someone in Jawbone needs to be seated in a corner because the design of the charging cable makes it very difficult to access the laptop. This is really very stupid.

Hi all! Today we have a series of two reviews of sports fitness bracelets from the JAWBONE company. The first bracelet is called UP2 - a fairly simple and memorable name. The second bracelet is called UP move, but we'll talk about it next time. Nowadays more and more people are interested in sports, but sport itself is not only physical exercise, but also high technology. Yes, yes, exactly high technology! And high technology primarily lies in a wearable device. As you understand, tracking various data manually while playing sports is the stone age, that’s why they came up with such a device as a fitness bracelet.

ABOUT JAWBONE

A few words about the manufacturing company, so to speak for general development.

In 1999, Stanford graduates Hussein Rahman and Alexander Assili decided to take on the development of a voice assistant similar to Apple's Siri service. They founded the company Aliph, which also began creating headphones that suppress external noise. This was a rather atypical combination for an IT startup at that time: they usually developed either software or equipment. The term “Internet of Things” was still very far away.

The first model of the Jawbone wireless headset was released in 2006; a few years later the company changed the name to the name of this product. From the very beginning, critics appreciated the unique minimalist design with a corrugated surface of the case. But a year later, the financial crisis hit, and millions of users canceled their Jawbone orders. Rahman had to fire a third of his employees, but despite this, the company continued to work on new models and already ended 2009 in the black.

Jawbone fitness bands, along with Fitbit and Nike's FuelBand, have become leaders in the wearable technology market. The number of control freaks who carefully count calories burned, steps taken and hours of deep sleep has increased significantly in recent years, thanks in large part to the work of these companies. Jawbone doesn't disclose sales figures, but experts estimate the company has sold 4 million bracelets so far. Demand for them peaked last year, with Jawbone increasing its market share from 17% to 21%. At the end of the year, she raised the largest investment round in her history at $250 million, valuing her entire business at $3.3 billion.

APPEARANCE

I came across a bracelet in black for review, but other colors will be on sale, in particular white.

Compared to the Jawbone UP 2.0, the UP2 model has undergone a design change in terms of fixation on the hand, now it is a metal clasp. Jawbone UP 2.0 - quite often failed due to the design feature of fixing it on the hand.

And so we have a classic fitness bracelet. The strap is made entirely of dense silicone. Please note that the edges of the strap are quite well finished and rounded. This approach to design provides maximum comfort when wearing a fitness bracelet on your hand. I did not take off the bracelet for 5 days and, accordingly, did not rub anything, and did not experience any discomfort.

The transition from the strap to the plastic module is also smooth. In general, in terms of design, the company’s engineers deserve a solid “A”. Actually, at the top of the bracelet there is a module where the main sensors of the device are located. The module itself is non-removable, made of plastic in the color of the strap. The top of the module has a ribbed diamond-shaped pattern. The bottom of the module, in turn, already has a glossy surface.

Also on the back of the module there are 4 recessed contacts for magnetic charging.

All control of the module comes down to tapping and pressing on the body.

I would like to draw your attention and say that the UP2 is available with a single strap size. Metal clasp. To fix it on your hand, the clasp must be threaded through the metal ring on the other side of the bracelet and secured to the metal base. Actually, when moving the base itself along the strap, we adjust the length of the bracelet. When I first met him, I didn’t like the fastening method at first; it takes some time to get the hang of fastening the fitness bracelet with one hand, but this is most likely a matter of habit.

The bracelet does not have a screen as such, but there are three indicators: blue, green, red. All of them show one activity or another at the moment. To check the condition of the fitness bracelet, you need to touch the touch area on the module twice. If the red runner lights up, it means the bracelet tracks physical activity. If the crescent is blue, then sleep monitoring is in progress. I wonder how I can track sleep activity if I'm sleeping? Or maybe this is for those who do not sleep and watch the sleeping person? It's worth thinking about this moment! And the green indicator is an alert. Switching between modes occurs by long pressing after double tapping.

Having searched the Internet for information, I did not find by what standard this fitness bracelet is protected from external factors. But there is protection as such. However, you can wash your hands with the bracelet and I even took a shower in it, nothing happened to the equipment. But according to rumors, swimming and diving in it are not recommended.

BRACELET FUNCTIONS

To synchronize the bracelet and smartphone, you need to download an application simply called “UP”. Owners of smartphones on Android OS download the application from the PlayMarket, and owners of Apple smartphones download the application from the AppStore. Owners of smartphones running Windows 8/1 are out of luck, they don’t download anything...

When you first start the program, we need to select your bracelet from the list of available ones.

Follow the connection tips in the "UP" application.

After successful connection, the relevant information will appear on the screen.

Then we will be asked to create our profile, indicating anthropometric data. Actually, you can skip this point at the beginning and then create a profile through the settings of the application itself.

You can immediately create your desired goals for sleep duration and number of steps taken. Again, you can skip this point and then set the goal through the settings.

We will immediately be asked to indicate the weight that we wish to obtain as a result of our training. You can lose weight, maintain it or gain it.

The next step is to create an account. Enter your First and Last Name (you can come up with a nickname). Almost email address and password. There is no need to confirm your account via mailbox.

After all the procedures described above, we get to the main desktop of the “UP” application.

The cover page will contain basic information about your sleep and exercise habits. The developers will also tell you what a food diary is, give you the necessary recommendations, talk about proper nutrition, etc.

The purple bar with a crescent moon shows your sleep pattern. At this point, you can set the time interval of your sleep, view sleep statistics by time and percentage. You can also set a constant value for sleep in hours and the program itself will calculate whether you have slept or overslept. Statistics are available for 7 days.

The right orange bar shows your exercise data. You can see the distance traveled to a given goal in kilometers, as a percentage, and how many calories were burned over the distance traveled. Energy consumption is measured in motion and in relative calm. You can view the duration of activity at maximum load and the time of inactivity. In particular, my bracelet showed that I was inactive for 8 hours and 8 minutes. In principle, everything is correct, for the most part my work is sedentary and the readings from the bracelet sensor can be considered reliable.

Also in this section you can set the type of activity. There are as many as 18 types of different applications to choose from, and you can also create your own profile; the idea immediately came to create an intimate profile... and, as you understand, then see the calories burned...

You can put different loads on the activity: minimum, low, medium, high, maximum. The choice of load is implemented in a rather original way: we drag our finger over the drawn man and thereby select the desired level, very convenient.

The activity mode is set by time. You can set the day of the week and time.

The duration of the load varies from 0 to 24 hours.

The top left button is responsible for your profile. In your profile, you can set sleep and physical activity goals.

View your trends by day of the week and month.

You can create your own team or add friends. Compare results and compete.

The "Duel" mode is responsible for mini-games. You are given a load task and need to complete it with another player.

The program will select an opponent for you from your contacts, for which the data must be sent in encrypted form to the developer’s website, hmm... here you are being spied on!

In the "applications" section you can see which third-party programs can be "friends" with your UP2 bracelet.

Various information comes to the “messages” section, everything is simple here.

Help and setup. Set user parameters. We choose what data your training friends can see, etc. It is not possible to take screenshots of each menu separately; images from the pages are protected using DRM technology.

By pressing the top right button, you can view information about the last synchronization of the bracelet and view the battery charge level.

At this point you also cannot take screenshots, there is DRM protection.

Sleep mode - we are shown how to put the bracelet into sleep mode.

Stopwatch - in stopwatch mode, the duration of activity is recorded.

Smart alarm clock - will wake you up during the light sleep phase, starting 30 minutes before your set wake-up time. You can set the alarm to repeat up to 4 times. We can say that the “smart alarm clock” is working correctly, since it missed the mark by only 10 minutes.

Inactivity - you can set a time interval when you are not doing anything, so the program will not take this time interval into account for calculations. But if you do nothing for too long, the bracelet will begin to vibrate gently.

Activity - at this point we select at what time interval you will receive the message. For example, we walked 1000 steps, the bracelet will report this.

Reminder - you can set the following parameters: time to go to bed, take medicine, eat, workout, or set your own reminder. There is grouping by day of the week and time of day.

The lower right button is responsible for the list of modes that will be displayed on the main desktop of the program. You can add or remove apps you don't use.

Mood - choose which emoticon will be on our profile. Accordingly, friends can see your status.

Nutrition. Actually, this item is responsible for your diet. You can select ready-made profiles for various products.

Place a GPS tag where and when you ate food. When you are in the same place, the bracelet will give a signal.

If you move your finger across the plate, you can change the amount of serving you consume. The food parameters are very extensive: calories, fiber, saturated fat, carbohydrates, proteins, sugar, sodium, cholesterol - all parameters can be adjusted manually. You can also set the time of food consumption.

If your product is not in the selected database, you can scan (using your smartphone camera) the barcode on the package. After a series of tests, it turned out that the program does not recognize codes of Russian products.

If you set the parameters manually, for example, “dumplings,” then there are no problems and the program will find Russian brands and offer them to choose from; accordingly, the data on dumplings can be edited manually.

Actually, all actions with food apply to any drinks.

Weight accounting. At this point, we can view our achievements by weight or make some adjustments, for example, % body fat content. All this is done for more accurate data calculation.

Here are all the main points of this application. I would classify some aspects as “nutrition” specifically for sports fans, because remembering, editing, and entering all this manually is simply hellishly difficult and tedious, and here you just have to force yourself to do ALL this. In general, the program seemed a little confusing to me, it’s completely impossible to figure it out the first time, you need to spend several evenings purely surfing and memorizing this application, it would be logical to add some kind of lightweight version, at least in the settings.

A few words about Smart Coach, these are hints in the form of jokes (sometimes) this function is built into the UP application itself. That is, the program analyzes your data and gives certain advice. For example, if you sleep poorly or little, the application will say: -You need to go to bed earlier. You eat a lot of sweets: - It's time to go for a run. You don’t move for a long time: - It’s time to drop everything and do some exercise, and stuff like that...

I think I tried to indicate all the points, but maybe someone will find more interesting points, write it in the comments...

The second thing that did not please me was the crashes of the UP application itself. Moreover, they are chaotic and there is no specific pattern. Moreover, crashes occurred on different smartphones and on different versions of Android OS.

AUTONOMOUS OPERATION

The charging cable itself is about 7 centimeters long. The cable is dense, but can be bent at any angle. At the end of the cable there is a magnetic clamp with which we put the fitness bracelet on charge.

The advantage of this cable is its compact size. For example, you can connect it to the system unit of your home PC and use it as a docking station for the bracelet.

Actually, you can charge the bracelet using a regular mains charger. I used a 2A charger, no problems.

The manufacturer claims battery life for 7 days. In principle, the data is reliable. In my case, a full charge was enough for 6 days of battery life.

However, it all depends on how often you access the bracelet: synchronization, changing operating modes, etc. In any case, the bracelet will work for a full 5 days under any load level.

CONCLUSIONS

Now, of course, it’s difficult to surprise anyone with a sports fitness bracelet, but UP2 offers quite advanced software, which, however, needs some improvement in terms of stability. For example, I could not set my sleep pattern from the evening of one day to the morning of another day; the application gave information that my sleep could not end in the future. The vibration power can be described as below average and the vibration motor seemed rather weak to me. The price of the new item is 8,490 rubles and just for a fitness bracelet the price is clearly a little high.

PROS:

1. Partial protection from external factors.

2. High quality workmanship.

3. Very advanced software.

MINUSES:

1. The "UP" application needs improvement. Frequent flights.

2. The metal clasp on the strap clings to clothing, especially during sleep, it often clings to bed linen.

3. Medium vibration power.

4. Sometimes there are problems during the initial synchronization of the bracelet.

That's all. Thank you all for your attention and thank you for taking the time to read this review!

Good luck to everyone and see you again!

The Jabon bracelet is popular among people who prefer an active lifestyle. If we compare it with its predecessor, it can be noted that the tracker has a different body shape. Jawbone UP2 is available in several shades. The design of the model is simple and at the same time stylish - nothing superfluous, just a unique pattern on the outside of the device.

To connect Jabon AP to iOS or Android, you should use Bluetooth 4.0. What is not particularly convenient in this case is that the fitness tracker must be connected to a charger. The pairing process for the fitness tracker is quick. There are no problems with further synchronization.

To connect Javbon, you need to do the following:
