Sometimes App Store moderators block applications for some reason. This often happens due to requests from copyright holders or regulatory agencies that require the removal of an application for residents of a particular country due to violation of local laws. However, you shouldn’t give up on your favorite program because it’s unavailable - if it’s popular, you can easily install it on your iPhone without the App Store. In this article we will tell you how to do this in three ways - all methods are official and do not require jailbreaking / entering a username and password in third-party services.
Method No. 1: if you previously installed an application that is no longer available from the App Store
If you previously installed an application on your iPhone or iPad that was inaccessible due to blocking, you can download it again from the purchase list. To do this, follow these steps:
Method number 2: install an inaccessible application using an ipa file and iTunes
If this is your first time wanting to download an inaccessible application, or if the above method no longer works, you can use this method:- Find the installation file in .ipa format for the required program. If a well-known service is not available in the App Store only for a specific country, then finding its installation file on the Internet will not be difficult. It may even be on Trashbox - use the search on our site by entering the following query: “[Program name] for iPhone.”
- Download and install iTunes version 12.6.3 (if a newer version of the utility is installed, remove it). This version of the program is required (neither older nor newer), since it retains the ability to download applications to a mobile device. You can download the desired version of iTunes on the official page or from the direct links below:
Method number 3: installing beta versions of an unavailable application
Some popular services (and games) are tested in the public domain before being released into app stores. In our case, we came across just such an application - its beta version can be downloaded from the Internet, bypassing the App Store. Check - perhaps the program you need is also available for testing. In our case, the steps to install a specific program are as follows:
There are also alternative ways to install ipa files on the network: through unofficial computer programs that imitate iTunes, or by manually hacking the device (getting a jailbreak). All of the methods described above are unsafe, so we highly recommend not using them.
Another effective and “official” way to install applications from the App Store that are not available in a particular country is to change the region of your Apple ID account. However, in our opinion, it causes the most inconvenience. However, if you want to use this method, instructions are available at
In this manual you will learn how to install games and programs on iPhone and iPad from jailbreak.

Extension .ipa What is the file format?
This format is used by iTunes, which is supported by Apple smartphones, tablets and players. Using your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, you can go to the App Store app, where these files are stored, encrypted using Apple's unique Fair Play DRM technology.
An IPA is an archived binary document created similar to a ZIP folder. It has a specific configuration and contains file resources, for example, audio, video and photos. We remind you that the document can be transformed into ZIP format and unpacked with any available archiver.
What do you need to know about IPA files?
Files with the IPA extension are downloaded and installed only for the Apple line of devices. The developer of this format is specialists from the Apple brand. Files with the IPA extension are necessary for the full operation of various iOS applications, for example, games, banking applications and news feeds, utilities, and training programs. You can find such files on your Apple gadget in the “/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications” folder.
To find out how to view their contents, check out the list of programs that open them on our website.
Now you know how to open ipa and what programs to use for this!
An IPA file is an iOS application archive that stores an iOS application. You can create an IPA file that ASoC can scan using one of the following methods.
About this task
This section describes two ways to create an IPA file from the ASoC scanning bundle.app. The first method is preferable. Please note that emulator versions are not supported; Deployed version of the application is required.
Creating a debug version of the application
This method is preferred because the output contains debugging information that ASoC can use when scanning. You can compress the application folder manually and change the file extension from ZIP to IPA.
Important Note: When creating an app using Xcode, select "Shared iOS Device" as the build target.
Procedure
- Create a folder named "Payload".
- Copy bundle.app to this folder.
- Compress the folder into a ZIP file.
- Change the file extension from .zip to .ipa
Creating a Deployment Version of the Application
An IPA file can be created in Xcode using the Archive and Export commands. This is a simple method, but since the code is being optimized, there is no debugging information that would be useful to the ASoC during scanning.
Important Note: When creating a deployment version necessary use the procedure below. Deployment version created for the App Store using the iOS App Store Deployment option Not supported.
Procedure
- Open the project in Xcode.
- On the menu Product select Archive.
Note: If the Archive command is disabled; make sure iOS Device is selected and not Emulator in the menu Target Runtime.
- Select Export.
- Select Save Deployment for Development and press the button Further
- Select the development team and click on Choose.
- In the Device Support window, select Export one app to all compatible devices and press the button Further.
- Select the export location and click Export.
It really works.
