Software license 1s 8.3. No license found to use the program! How to correctly install hardware security keys

And today I will describe some errors associated with 1C protection and ways to solve them.

Message "No license was found to use the program" similar to what was issued before “Program protection key not found!”. Since 1C:Enterprise does not provide details about the error, this message may hide one of the following problems.

If we have a software license, then we need to obtain a software license from the licensing center, I will describe step by step.

Activation of 1C software licenses

1. When starting, we get on the screen “No license was found to use the program!”, Click “YES”
2. Select on which computer the license should be installed: “On this computer” or “On the 1C:Enterprise server computer”
3. Select “Initial acquisition of a license” or “Updating licenses” or “Re-obtaining licenses”
4. Next, select who should have access to the license, probably better “All users of this computer”
5. Method of obtaining licenses: “Automatically”, “On electronic media” or “Manually”
6. Fill in the registration data and save it to a file
7. The resulting license file must be moved to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\1C\1Cv82\conf\2*.lic or
C:\Users\All Users\1C\1Cv82\conf\2*.lic

It will also work if the license is placed in
C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv82\conf

If we have a hardware license, then there may be one of the following problems:

Key not found. One of the most common mistakes. This error occurs
if you don't have a key or try to use a key from another product. For network keys, the error occurs if the Hasp License Manager is not running on the machine or a non-network key is installed; there may also be no network.

The number of licenses has been exceeded. This error occurs if the number of active users (sessions) exceeds the specified number of licenses in the key. Also, when working on a network with 2 license managers (Hasp License Manager) with the same names and keys of the same series and 1C, the application finds first the key with which the maximum number of connections has already been established, which leads to an error.

The key does not contain a license. Occurs when two keys of the same series are installed on the computer, 1C will use one of them. When two 1C license managers work on a network, the application may be the first to find a key that does not contain the required license.

Terminal Service detected. The local security key is not visible in the terminal session. This can be avoided if you start a terminal session with the Admin key.

How to correctly install hardware security keys

When using more than one key, you must specify the name of the license manager for server in the nhsrv.ini file:
NHS_SERVERNAMES = SERVER1

The server name must consist of Latin letters and numbers and be no more than 7 characters long.

File nhsrv.ini is located in the same directory as the license manager, and if the license manager is installed as a service, then in the Windows\System32 directory. In the nhsrv.ini file, you can also specify the IP addresses of individual users whom we want to prohibit from connecting to the license manager.

On client machines the file nethasp.ini must be edited by specifying IP addresses and names of license managers:
NH_TCPIP = Enabled

NH_SERVER_ADDR = 192.168.0.100, 192.168.0.101
NH_SERVER_NAME =server1, server2

Good luck to everyone!

When launching the 1C Accounting program, the operator may encounter the message “License not found. The program protection key or the obtained software license was not found." The occurrence of this problem may be associated with a change in the system configuration, as a result of which 1C recognized the system as qualitatively new, or with incorrect settings of 1C itself (in particular, the network settings of the nethasp.ini configuration file). In this material I will analyze in detail the reasons for this error, and also explain how to fix it.

Causes of dysfunction

The “License not found” error usually occurs in a situation where the 1C program did not find a license file (usually with the .lic extension) on the local PC (or server), which makes it possible to fully launch the specified system.

This situation may arise due to the following factors:

How to fix “License not found” in 1C

Let's look at ways to get rid of the error “License not found. The program protection key or the received software license was not detected" on 1C user systems:

  1. Before starting the program, disable your firewall;
  2. Install “Alladin monitor” into the system. This product shows the use of licenses in the network version of the program. Use it to verify that your system has an installed license;
  3. When using a hardware license, in the infobase window, click on “Settings” and check the box next to the “Use hardware license” option if there is no such checkbox there;
  4. Edit the Nethasp.ini file, which is located at the following path:

Open this file and write down the IP addresses of client PCs and the names of license managers. To do this, in the specialized section, indicate:

Then in the section, specify the IP address of the license manager server (should look like NH_SERVER_ADDR = required IP), and the name of the license managers (NH_SERVER_NAME = manager name).

The name of the manager is preliminarily indicated in the section in the form NHS_SERVERNAMES = name 1, name 2, and so on.

  • Activate your existing license. If you receive a message about the absence of a detected license, click on “Yes” and indicate the path to install the license (local PC or server).
  • Then we select the option of obtaining a license initially, re-obtaining it, or updating it. We set the visibility of the license to “All computer users”, select the method of obtaining it - manual, automatic, on a digital medium. We fill out the registration form, after which we save the data in a file that we place in the directory:

Very often, system administrators encounter problems with 1C software licenses, namely their sudden “fall.” In this article I want to tell you what these licenses are and what to expect when installing and using them.

A 1C software license is a file with the extension .lic, which stores information about the computer on which 1C will be used. This information is generated when the license is installed.

Key parameters stored in the license file:

- name of the operating system;

- operating system version, while for Windows OS only the first two digits of the version number are analyzed;

- serial number of the operating system (only in the case of Windows OS);

- installation date of the operating system (only in the case of Windows OS);

- network name of the computer;

- motherboard model;

- amount of RAM;

- BIOS type and version;

- list of processors and their parameters;

- list of network adapters and their MAC addresses;

- list of hard drives and their parameters.

All these parameters are strictly tied to the license, and when they change, it crashes. But there are some nuances, for example, 2GB of RAM is installed on a work computer, when adding 2 more, i.e. increase, the license will not be lost. This pattern applies to most individual parts of a personal computer. You can increase characteristics, but you cannot decrease them. From practice, I would like to note that any change in the volume of partitions on the hard drive (increasing, decreasing or completely disabling a partition) also leads to the collapse of the license.

1C client licenses can be stored in the following places:

In the program folder: C:\Program Files\1Cv82\8.2.XX.YYY\bin\conf;

In the user directory: %LOCALAPPDATA%\1C\1Cv82\Conf;

System directory: %ProgramData%\1C\1Cv82\Conf;

The license file is stored in a single copy, it can be moved from one directory to another, but cannot be copied! For example, a user account user1 was created on the computer, and 1C was successfully launched from it. When creating a second user user2, 1C writes that the software license was not found. This means that the license file is located in the user1 directory and will only work under his account. For the license to work for all users of the computer, it must be moved from the user1 directory to the system directory.

What to do when your 1C license expires:

Nothing wrong with that. We take the envelope with PIN codes and do everything in order, the main thing is to accurately indicate the registration data, as you did when you first registered. If you are transferring 1C to another PC, then you need to choose to obtain a license again. It happens when you run out of PIN codes, you just need to write an email [email protected] with registration number, third PIN code and registration data. Surprisingly, they respond very quickly and send me the 4th pin.

Types of licenses

by operating mode:

To the workplace

To server

by number of users:

Single-user

Multiplayer

by connection:

Per user

Network

All of them can be either software or hardware (USB dongle). A license for the server is installed only when working in client-server mode; in the file mode of operation of the database, this license is not needed.

Interesting notes from practice:

  • The 1C server license installs perfectly on a virtual machine and does not conflict with the user network license in the form of a USB key.
  • When installing several licenses on one server, they are successfully stored in the system directory and distributed to users. This is very important when 1C is installed on a terminal server.
  • With a network license, each session of the user takes one license; with a client license, the user can launch any number of sessions, and only one license will be used. Let me give you an example: A network license for 10 users is installed on the server, one user runs 1C: Accounting and 1C: Salary in terminal mode, in this case there will be 8 free licenses left. If there are 10 user licenses on the server, then when running two databases, there will be 9 free licenses left
  • If client licenses were purchased at different times (or even registered to different companies), they can/should be installed on one server, just specify the corresponding registration data and registration number for the new license.

Restoring a software license.

There are situations when a computer on which a registered software license stops working, or the operating system is reinstalled. As a result, it is necessary to restore 1C software license.

So platform "1C Enterprise" installed on a new computer, or on a computer where the operating system has been reinstalled. How to do this is described. Let's launch 1C, the system starts begging for a license, click the “Get a license” link:

Open the PIN code set document and look for PIN code 1C, registered on a computer with a reinstalled system. Enter and click “Next”

If all backup PIN codes have been used up, you can request an additional backup PIN code from the licensing center by sending a letter to: [email protected]. The letter must indicate the name of the organization, INN, delivery registration number, as well as the reason why it is necessary to send an additional PIN code.

Important!!! Be sure to note changes in the kit PIN codes 1C.

If for some reason your registration data is lost, you can request it from the licensing center by sending a letter to: [email protected]. The letter must indicate the name of the organization, Taxpayer Identification Number, delivery registration number, as well as the reason why registration data must be sent.

If the entered data matches, the system will inform you that the license was successfully obtained.

    Our PIN code has 16 digits instead of 15. What should we do?

    You need to write to support [email protected]. In the letter, indicate the name of the organization, INN, Registration number of the 1C software product, and also indicate the reason, for example, “lost registration data, please provide it to us.” You will be answered within a few hours.

    No need to fill. I've been waiting for more than a day. Last time it was one and a half times.

    My PIN code is 16 digits, but there are only 15 cells in the input window, one digit is not entered and therefore they ask for the PIN code again. to restore your license. Where can I find the answer?

    When installing the basic version, to enter the 16-digit PIN code I did this:
    First you need to install the 1C Enterprise platform in the usual way. There will be no tricks there, just click “Next” several times. We set the configuration in the same way. The platform distribution and configurations are located on the installation disk. When installing the configuration, write down the path where it was installed, it will be needed later.
    After installing 1c Enterprise launches, when starting, click the “Settings” button.
    In the resulting window, click the “plus” button in the directories and templates section (section “Catalogs of configuration and update templates”, immediately below +)
    In the overview window, select the directory with the installed configuration. We return to the settings window and uncheck the “use hardware key” checkbox.
    We return to the main launch window and click the “Add” button. Select the item “Create an information base”. Select the item “create a database from a template” and select our template. Enter the name of our database. When you launch 1C for the first time, Enterprise will inform you of your desire to obtain a license from the 1C licensing server. The PC must have Internet access. If the server responds, you can enter the 16-character code and activate the platform.
    Now everything is ready, you can start working with the program.

    Hello! and if a private person sends a letter, what information should be filled in?

    Good dear colleagues.
    The thing is that when I upgrade Windows 7 to 10, when I start 1C, a window appears where it says that the license was not detected.
    Due to the fact that I am not the first employee of this company, I do not have a login and pin code.
    could you tell me what to do?

    I did a 1C restoration in connection with updating Windows from 8 to 10, and used a backup PIN code for this. everything went well, BUT! 1 C never loads, but instead the “Licensing Management” window crashes and the messages say “there is no connection to the licensing server”

    Good afternoon. Installed 1C on another computer. Last PIN code left. I entered everything, data, etc. It says that the license has been received. At this moment, the accountant opened 1C on the old computer. After the reboot it asks to get a license again. And on one computer and on the other. The essence is probably that on the new one I activated a new Pin, at that moment on the old one they opened 1c under the old Pin. Now when you enter this PIN code, it says that it is already activated. What should I do? Tell me, I've run out of PIN codes.

    and here’s what he writes……..
    1C:Enterprise 8. Catering
    The requested key was not found on the MSI server
    Error code = 10034 (URL = *LOCAL)

    Good afternoon.
    There are 1C and software licenses for it. I want to migrate to a virtual environment, but I don’t know how 1C will behave. since the virtual environment can be updated + virtual hardware + hosts on which this VM will be located, will activation constantly fail in this case?

    This is not the first time I’ve automatically updated the basic 2.0 through the configurator (check the box to search for updates on the website), everything goes fine. Today, after the update, when starting the Enterprise/configurator, it asks for a license and only allows you to enter the PIN code from the professional version. What to do?

    And if the PIN code is lost, is it possible to restore the license?

    Good afternoon, yes it is possible. But you need to know the registration number of the main delivery. Write to [email protected], delivery registration number, name of organization, TIN, description of the problem.

    Hello! Please tell me, in the accounting department there are 2 workstations, on the first the 1C program: Accounting of a government agency 8 is launched using a USB key, on the second it was launched over the network. Yesterday, when launched on the second computer, the program began to require a license, on the first, where the USB key everything works fine. How can we fix the situation?
