Introduction.

Appointment.

The MCX “Monitor Module” software module is designed to build on its basis systems for remote monitoring and automation of technological process control, water and heat supply for central heating points, dispatch control systems. The module carries out automatic measurement and indication of the values \u200b\u200bof the parameters of heat supply and water supply systems (hot and cold), telemetric control and data collection over information networks.

Simplicity: it is possible to connect equipment corresponding to the default input configuration to the controller without any additional settings (see item 3).

Convenient: in the case of an unsuitable (default) configuration of the controller inputs to the connected equipment (sensor type, for example), you can easily make changes to the configuration using the controller display (see item 1, item 4.1).

The main screen displays the states of the controller inputs and outputs (see par. 2.2).

Support for the controller menu in two languages: Russian and English.

Universal: there is no strict binding of the configuration of the controller inputs to a specific equipment: in the names of the configured controller inputs there is no belonging to a certain type of device.

It can be used in any controlled systems organized in a Modbus network.

Required on systems with a large number of devices: is a block with additional inputs for connecting discrete and analog devices to the controlled system.

With built-in analog status analysis: tracking device alarms on analog inputs and sound notification when they occur.

Open:using the Modbus protocol, it is possible to read the necessary information from the module, as well as remotely change the configured parameters.

  1. Controller specifications.
The MCX software module “CWS” is designed for Danfoss MCX controllers. The base controller is MCX06D.

The MCX controller has two interfaces that allow you to connect external devices over the network:

CAN, for connecting devices via the local CANbus network;

RS485, for connecting devices via Modbus network (Mobus RTU communication protocol).
