We have done everything possible to ensure that this product meets your needs, and the quality corresponds to the best world standards.

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. sets the service life for household appliances - 7 years, TVs, monitors, hoods, audio and video equipment - 5 years, GSM phones, modems, projectors - 3 years, Bluetooth hands-free headsets - 1 year, subject to the rules of operation. The service life is calculated from the date of manufacture of the product, unless otherwise limited by the User's Manual of the product.

After the expiration of the product's service life, the Manufacturer recommends contacting the Authorized Service Center (USC) for preventive maintenance and receiving recommendations for further safe operation of the product.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to carefully study the User Manual, the terms of the warranty, check the correctness of filling out the warranty card. The warranty card is valid only if it is correctly and clearly indicated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the seller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those indicated in the warranty card.

In case of violation of these conditions, as well as in the case when the data specified in the warranty card is changed, erased or rewritten, the warranty card is invalidated.

In this case, we recommend that you contact the seller to obtain a new warranty card that meets the above conditions. If the date of sale cannot be established, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, the warranty period starts from the date of manufacture of the product.

With this warranty card "Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd." confirms the acceptance of obligations to meet the requirements of consumers established by the current legislation on the protection of consumer rights, in case of detection of defects in the product that arose through the fault of the Manufacturer. TERMS OF WARRANTY AND FREE SERVICE

  1. 1. The manufacturer's warranty obligations on the territory of the Russian Federation apply only to products intended by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. for supplies and sales in the territory of the Russian Federation, purchased in the Russian Federation and certified for compliance with Russian standards.
  2. 2. The warranty obligations of the Manufacturer on the territory of the Republic of Belarus apply only to products intended by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. for supplies and sales in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, purchased in the Republic of Belarus and certified for compliance with the standards of the Republic of Belarus.
  3. 3. Free service is understood as an additional obligation of the Manufacturer to eliminate defects (defects) in the product caused by the manufacturer's fault, without charging the buyer (consumer). Free service maintenance of air conditioners is provided subject to installation by a certified Samsung installer and entering information about the installation in the warranty card.

Backlight bulbs for projectors are warranted for 12 months from the date the projector is sold, or 1000 hours of use, whichever is faster. At the same time, when the specified accessories or components are replaced, a new warranty period is not established for them. Free service for the specified accessories and components does not apply.
  6. 6. Warranty and free service do not apply to the following accessories included with the product, if their replacement is not related to disassembly of the product:
    1. a) remote controls, batteries (batteries), lighting lamps;
    2. b) connecting cables, antennas, and adapters for them, headphones, microphones, hands-free devices (headsets, except for Bluetooth hands-free); storage media of various types (disks with software and drivers, memory cards), external input-output devices and manipulators;
    3. c) covers, bags, belts, carrying cords, mounting accessories, tools, documentation supplied with the product;
    4. d) software (software) and drivers supplied with the product on various types of storage media (including but not limited to software preinstalled on the product's hard disk drive), as well as the need to reinstall and configure software, for except for cases when this need is caused by a defect in the product that arose through the fault of the Manufacturer.
      Additionally for:
    5. e) refrigerators: for odor absorbers, air purifiers (biodeodorizers), filters, shelves, boxes, stands and other containers for storing food;
    6. f) microwave ovens, ovens and hobs: on plates, skewers, grates, dishes, baking sheets, lids, cleaning scrapers and burner spreaders;

  7. 7. The manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations and does not provide free service of the product in the following cases:
    1. a) if the product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for entrepreneurial activities, as well as for other purposes that do not correspond to its intended purpose;
    2. b) violation of the rules and conditions of operation, installation of the product set forth in the User's Manual and other documentation handed over to the consumer complete with the product;
    3. c) if the product has traces of unqualified repair attempts;
    4. d) if the defect is caused by a change in the design or circuit of the product, by connecting external devices not provided by the Manufacturer;
    5. e) if the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, deliberate or careless actions of the consumer or third parties;
    6. f) if mechanical damage is found that arose after the product was handed over to the consumer; damage caused by exposure to moisture, high or low temperatures, corrosion, oxidation, ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals into the product;
    7. g) if cleaning is required for audio-video heads, drives for reading information from media of various types;
    8. h) if the damage (deficiencies) are caused by the impact of computer viruses and similar programs; installation, change or removal of product passwords (codes), modification and (or) reinstallation of the pre-installed product software, installation and use of third-party software (non-original), formatting hard drives, using service codes;
    9. i) if the defect has arisen due to natural wear and tear during the operation of the product. At the same time, natural wear is understood as the consequences of the operation of the product, which caused a deterioration in their technical condition and appearance due to prolonged use of this product;
    10. j) if damages (deficiencies) are caused by non-compliance with standards or technical regulations of power supply, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including due to terrain features and other similar external factors, use of the product at the border or outside the network coverage area;
    11. k) if damage is caused by the use of non-standard (non-original) and (or) low-quality (damaged) consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries, media of various types (including but not limited to audio-video cassettes, CDs, DVDs, memory cards, SIM cards, cartridges);
    12. l) if the deficiencies are caused by the receipt, installation and use of incompatible content (melodies, graphics, videos and other files, Java applications and similar programs).
  8. 8. Configuration and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the product described in the documentation attached to it can be performed both by the user himself and by the specialists of the USC of the corresponding profile and vendors (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (organization) who installed the product is responsible for the correctness and quality of the installation (setting).
