    2.2. What is the principle of writing keywords in the "keywords" field

    This field requires you to directories of sites, in order to then issue your site when someone is looking for them in the search. Because the directories are all different, then the principles and search algorithms are different and it’s impossible to give any exact recommendation. It is impossible to say exactly about this field, it is better to write in the singular or plural, to use declensions, to repeat the main keyword in phrases, etc. - All directories have their own algorithms.

    Therefore, there are often different requirements for this field - somewhere they require a space, somewhere separated by a comma, somewhere 3 words, somewhere up to 500 characters. Most often this is a comma separated, up to 250 characters.

    Therefore, this field is not so important, but you should not neglect it.

    Here you need to write those words that people can drive into a directory search.

    These should be the enlarged words of your industry, their various synonymsthat are not necessarily found on your site (these are not META-keywords on your site where only those words that appear on your page are needed).

    Most often it’s more convenient to use option number 1- install a complete database from scratch in the form of a single file (which itself is imported with an extended structure). To do this, first remove the previous, previous version and install a new one.

    The second option to update the database - in parts. You take the category or subcategory of the database you need and put it either cleanly (but then the history of your registrations also probably will not be saved), to a place cleared from the old base, or to the same part of the base that was the same.

    In the second case, if you import from above onto an existing part of the database, corrected during your work, your settings will remain, but my new database can only add new resources to you, but it will not exclude from your database those that I cleaned in the new update.

    To add only new sites in this case (when updating only one part of the database) - i.e. those that were not in the previous given part of the database, and not all my entire part of the database from the update, do not forget to leave the checkboxes “Exclude duplication of domain”, “exclude duplication of links”.


    In general, unfortunately, the program does not provide for other options (perhaps for now), so decide for yourself what is better and more convenient for what can be done.

    1. Removing the old database
    If you try to simply delete the entire database with subcategories at once, the program will swear at inability to delete a category with data.

    2. Installing a new base

    Remove the first two checkmarks- “Exclude duplicate links” and “Exclude duplicate domains”

    3.2. How to backup data on projects and the database (to transfer, for example, to a home computer)

    3.3. How to find out how many directories with cars, how many with smart registration?

    The number at the bottom of the “Automat. reg. " always shows the number of sites with black checkmarks (which, in principle, can be registered on the machine), i.e. it shows the number of sites for the machine always - regardless of whether these sites are highlighted or not.


    To quickly find out the number with gray or no checkmarks, you can select them and right-click and select "Export * .txt" from the menu

    It is not necessary to export the file; you can click the No button further. But in brackets you will immediately be shown the number of sites. This applies to any sample from the database by which you quickly need to know the quantity.


    Option number 2 for counting the number of necessary types of sites - the number of sites for auto, semi-automatic and without registration in the desired category.


    To do this, click on the small gray arrow to the right of the name of the column "Automatic Reg" and see the drop-down menu, where

    Therefore, if your site is expensive, if you have plans for the future related to this site, I recommend that you use a semiautomatic device, for which, in principle, absolutely all sites from the database are suitable.

    3.4. How to use database search?

    For this, there are so-called filters.

    To quickly search through any of the fields:

    1) if you know its exact meaning (for example, the value 4 for Page Rank), enter it - i.e. number 4 in an empty line under the name of the columns.


    2) if you do not know the exact value soughtenter part of it between% characters

    And also keep in mind that the database mainly contains links to pages with the form of adding, rather than the main pages of sites, so Page Rank should be set in the parameters of the domain (main).

    Still, with a large number of parameters immediately and checking a large volume base, Allsubmitter can freeze or “crash”. If you encounter this problem, try fewer options and fewer parts of the database.

    Option 2. Quick filtering during the semi-automatic registration process (for sites previously checked for parameters).

    You can select the necessary part of the database - for example, Site Directories - White, start semi-automatic registration and quickly choose only the sites with the necessary parameters for the first registration - for example, Tits is greater than or equal to 10 (without transferring them to the database in separate subcategories).

We return to the start window of the program and open the section " Directory Base". Then, on the left in the block " Export Import»Select the import database directory into the program. Several options are offered: from a txt file, from an asd4 file, from an aidataxml file. What base do you have, choose this option.

In the parameters for adding a database, install:

  • Exclude duplicate links - uncheck
  • Exclude duplicate domains - uncheck
  • Do not add from the black list - tick
  • Import to the database using categories - tick
  • If a duplicate with a car, but without in the database, replace - tick
  • If a duplicate with a car is always replaced - uncheck

After a few minutes, sites will be added to the common database. You can view the full list in the " Categories«.

Registration in catalogs

Everything is ready for registration in catalogs. In the start window of the program, select the section " Automatic registration". In the list of projects, select the previously created site.

Selected sites will be displayed on the left, click on the “ Not an exact match". So we will select the appropriate sites and weed out the unnecessary.

Set the number of registration flows (for example, 300) and click on the “ To register«.

Catalog registration begins. Some directories require captcha input (characters from the image), the program will try to automatically recognize it. But this function does not always work correctly, in which case it is necessary to enter captcha manually (on the “ Awaiting captcha input«).
