    • 4.11.Writing off bonuses. Unless otherwise specifically stated, such bonuses are available for use within 30 calendar days from the date of accrual, inclusive. Bonuses accrued to Users as part of the aforementioned promotions before July 15, 2012, inclusive, if they are not used by the Registered User, will be canceled on December 31, 2012, and in the event of their partial use, they will be canceled (written off) on December 31, 2013.

    5. Access to the Resource

    • 5.1. The Administration makes every reasonable effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Resource, however, it is not responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the Terms, as well as for harm caused in this regard, as a result of, but not limited to:
      • illegal actions of third parties;

      • the conduct of operational activities by state bodies and other duly authorized organizations that affect the operation of the Resource;
      • performing updates of the software and hardware of the Resource; and
      • by the applicable and effective decision of the authorized state authorities.
    • 5.2. In order to prevent unauthorized automatic scanning of the Resource, as well as the use of the Resource in fraudulent schemes, access to the Resource is allowed exclusively through a personal computer browser. If it is revealed that the User (Registered User) has access to the Resource in an unauthorized manner, the Administration reserves the right to: (1) block access to the Resource; (2) cancel all purchases made by using unauthorized access; (3) recover damages caused by using unauthorized access to the Resource.
    • 5.3. The resource is optimized for viewing and working on a PC using browsers Google Chrome 22 and higher, Mozilla Firefox 16 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and higher, Apple Safari 5 and higher and Opera 12 and higher with a resolution of 1024x768 and higher, cookies enabled and JavaScript.     6.Access to Account.

    • 6.1 The account provides for the possibility of its use exclusively by one Registered User of the Resource. It is not allowed to transfer Account data to third parties. In case of revealing the facts of transferring the data of the Account to third parties or the facts of collective use of the Account, the Administration has the right to block this Account and cancel purchases made using such an Account.
    • 6.2 The Administration is not responsible for the results of compromise (unauthorized access) of the Account resulting from errors, actions of third parties, as well as negligence of the Registered User. If the competent court establishes the compromise of the Registered User's Account through the fault of the Administration, the Administration is liable to such Registered User only within the amount that was in the electronic wallet of such Account at the time of completion of the last authorized transaction.
    • 6.3 In the event of a compromise of the Account or the occurrence of events that suggest a possible compromise of the Account, the Registered User is obliged to immediately notify the Administration of the possible risk of compromise of the Account, after which change the password of his Account using the Account settings or this link. Failure to perform such actions within 2 hours after the Registered User detects that his Account has been compromised relieves the Resource Administration of any responsibility in terms of compensation or the safety of personal data of such a Registered User.

    7.Liability

    • 7.1 In addition to the cases specifically stipulated in these Conditions, the Resource Administration does not reimburse any money spent by the User (Registered User) to purchase the Content or otherwise spent on the Resource. At the same time, a refund is possible if, solely through the fault of the Administration, the User (Registered User) did not get access to the properly purchased Content. In this case, at the option of the User (Registered User), the Resource Administration undertakes to reimburse the cost of the unreceived Content in a form agreed by the Parties and acceptable to the Resource Administration, or provide access to such Content in a paid amount.
    • 7.2. The Parties are materially responsible for their actions in accordance with the provisions of applicable law only to the extent of duly proven damage caused to the other Party.
    • 7.3 In the event of any refund, except for the situation provided for in clause 7.1 above, any internal commissions of payment systems, as well as the cost of using technical protection tools for the Content (DRM and similar technologies), are deducted from the Refund.
    • 7.4 THE ADMINISTRATION IS TRYING TO MAINTAIN THE RESOURCE IN PROPER ORDER, WITHOUT DEFECTS AND IN SECURITY, BUT USERS (REGISTRED USERS) USE IT AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE RESOURCE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT THERE IS AN EXPECTED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-WARRANTY. THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OR SECURITY OF THE RESOURCE, THAT THE RESOURCE WILL ALWAYS WORK WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR FAILURES. LIFE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, and users (registered users) FREE ADMINISTRATION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF ANY CLAIM OF THE USER (REGISTERED USER) TO SUCH THIRD PARTIES OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO IT. THE TOTAL RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL NOT EXCEED $ 100 (HUNDRED USD). APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO. IN SUCH CASES, RESOURCE LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

    8 Dispute Resolution, Severability and Applicable Law

    • 8.1 These Terms are compiled in accordance with the federal laws of the United States of America. If the User (Registered User) is outside this jurisdiction, he nevertheless fully agrees to subordinate the legal relations arising from any use of the Resource to US law, and these Terms apply to him to the maximum extent permitted by his jurisdiction without applying any conflict of laws rules,
    • 8.2 If any provisions of the Terms are found to be illegal or unenforceable in any applicable jurisdiction, then in such jurisdiction such provisions are deemed to be excluded from the text of the Terms, which does not change their effect in other jurisdictions, does not mean or entail illegality or the absence of legal force for all other provisions of the Terms, which from that moment are considered automatically amended and valid in the new edition.
    • 8.3. The user acknowledges and agrees that the only appropriate place for the resolution of any disputes that arose from the relationship between the Parties and which the Parties could not settle through negotiations for at least 30 days is the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lugano, Switzerland ...
