If it does not go up to the very top, then select Windows Boot Manager and use the - (minus) key to lower it down.
In the same way, we raise to the second place with a cidir - ATAPI CD1
Next in line you can put the device from which windows will be installed if it is not a built-in floppy drive.
Go back again with the Esc key, click down on the UEFI / Legacy Boot item, change the UEFI Only parameter to Legacy Only.
We save the configuration with the F10 key and agree with the enter key.
Keep in mind: if you forgot something, changed it or set it up incorrectly, then you can enter the BIOS on the Lenovo B590 to restore the default settings only by removing the back cover of the laptop (it's okay - only 2 screws) and taking out the cmos battery for a while. After rebooting, you do not need to press any keys, although we have assigned the F12 key to enter the boot device selection menu, the laptop will find the boot device itself and show the installation menu.

Now we need to create 2 partitions, one more, which the system will create itself with a size of 100 MB, do not count. We do the same with the rest of the unoccupied space, only we do not set the size, but leave it as the system suggests.

After that, if all the settings are correct, the installation of Windows will pass without problems.
A small nuance, if you have Windows 8 installed, and you want to install Windows 7, then you will probably need to convert the disk partitioning from GPT to MBR, for this you need to do the following:
- Boot from a Windows 7 installation stick or disc
- Press Shift + F10, if the command line does not start try the combination Shift + Fn + F10
- Enter the commands, one per line and after each pressing Enter
- diskpart (the utility for partitioning the disk will start)
- list disk (the command will show the list of drives)
- select disk 0(we select the disk with which we will work, if there are several disks, carefully select the one you need and enter the desired number instead of 0)
- clean(delete all sections)
- convert mbr(converting our disk to MBR format, which Windows 7 and older systems understand)
- exit
After exiting the utility, you can continue installing Windows 7.
